COLOSSIANS 1:15

15    Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:

COLOSSIANS 1:16

16    For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether [they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

COLOSSIANS 1:17

17    And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

COLOSSIANS 1:18

18    And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all [things] he might have the preeminence.

COLOSSIANS 1:19

  19    For it pleased [the Father] that in him should all fulness dwell;

COLOSSIANS 1:20

20    And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, [I say], whether [they be] things in earth, or things in heaven.

COLOSSIANS 1:21

21    And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in [your] mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled

COLOSSIANS 1:22

22    In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

COLOSSIANS 1:23

  23    If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and [be] not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, [and] which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

COLOSSIANS 1:24

24    Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church:

COLOSSIANS 1:25

  25    Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;

COLOSSIANS 1:26

26    [Even] the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:

COLOSSIANS 1:27

27    To whom God would make known what [is] the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

COLOSSIANS 1:28

28    Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:

COLOSSIANS 1:29

29    Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.

34-4 REVELATION.OF.JESUS.CHRIST  -  CHURCH.AGE.BOOK CPT.1

Would you like an Old Testament type? Let us go back to the Garden of Eden. When the first news came to glory that the son, Adam, had been lost, did God send an angel? Did He send a son? Did He send another one like unto us? No, He came HIMSELF to redeem that lost son. Hallelujah! God did not entrust His plan of salvation to another. He trusted only Himself. God was made flesh and dwelt among us and redeemed us unto Himself. We're saved by the "blood of God". The Eternal God in-dwelt a mortal body in order to take away sin. He became the Lamb in order to shed His blood and enter into the veil with it.

REVELATION.CHAPTER.ONE_  JEFF.IN  ROJC 9-67  SUNDAY_  60-1204M

329    Looky here. In the beginning when Adam... I just can't get away from that, seem like somebody's not a-getting it somewhere. Look. In the beginning... Let me show you something again, the Holy Spirit warns me to do this. I'm leaving my subject for a minute. When the first news come to glory that the son had been lost, Adam, did God send an Angel? Did He send a Son? Did He send anyone else? He came Hisself to redeem His lost son. Hallelujah. God didn't trust it with no one but Himself. God was made flesh and dwelled among us and redeemed man Himself. It's the... "We are saved," the Bible said, "by the Blood of God." The mortal God was... The immortal God was made mortal in order to take away sin, to be the Lamb Himself, to enter into glory, veiled, and with His own Blood before Him beyond the veil.

PROVING.HIS.WORD_  JEFF.IN  V-9 N-6  SUNDAY_  64-0816

145    Now, we find that God came into this little cell (See?), and He begin to develop cells, drew from His mother's vitamins and things, as she. Then when He become old enough to eat Himself, He begin to eat. And what is that? It's the--it's the dust of the earth, which you come up and plant life and animal life and so forth, and as He begin to eat the fish and the bread and the so forth, it begin to develop cells. And then when it's fully matured at thirty years old, He was baptized in obedience to John down here, or to God, in the water, and went out. And what happened? The Dove, which was God, descending from heaven, with a voice saying, "This is My beloved Son, in Whom I'm pleased to dwell in." What did He come to do? To redeem that part of the earth. He was the beginning of the creation of God. Because God is not a creation; only in Christ He is a creation, because God is eternal and a Spirit, and a Spirit is not created. He was the beginning of the creation of God, and God redeemed that body. See, when He come down, "This is My beloved Son; I'm well pleased in Him."

SUPER.SIGN_  JEFF.IN  V-15 N-7  SUNDAY_  59-1227M

64    Jehovah God became man, took on our stock, crossed Himself from God, and become man. There's the sign. Become... He was God, and became man, not rich men, but poor man. This is the super sign. "You've asked for a sign," said God, "I'll give you one, an everlasting sign."

He could've come otherwise, as I've said, but a baby. Why did He become a baby? When that first little toothless mouth opened in that manger, on that first crib--first Christmas morning, in His little manger crib, and the first little yell that went from His voice, that was God crying. Jehovah crying: a man. Come from God; and was man, every whit, man. Come to the world with nothing, but still man. What was He trying to do? What was He purposing?

SUPER.SIGN_  JEFF.IN  V-15 N-7  SUNDAY_  59-1227M

66    He cried like a baby in the manger. He played like a boy, on the street. He toiled like a man, but yet He was Immanuel. This is the super Sign: God dwelling in the creation that He created. The super sign, "It shall be a sign unto you."

He was so poor when He come to the earth, He come through a borrowed womb, a borrowed womb of a woman, and had to borrow a grave to be buried in. God... A virgin shall conceive without sexually interception. Jehovah borrowed the womb of Mary, a woman, to perform the duty, that He'd give an everlasting sign. And was so poor on earth, after thirty-three years and of a half, of ministry, He had to borrow a grave to be buried in. Can you imagine? Talk about immaculate conception, what meanest thou anyhow?

WHY.IT.HAD.TO.BE.SHEPHERDS_  TUCSON.AZ  V-6 N-15  MONDAY_  64-1221

92    The first time Angels ever sang at a celebration, it was in heaven. If you'll look in Job 38:7 (as I see some of you taking notes), when God first planned on making His first creation, the earth... Job was a great, smart man, and he had all kinds of wisdom. He said, "When I go up to the markets, the young princes, they all bow before me, and just want a moment of my wisdom." And he couldn't figure out why he had to be treated the way he was.

And so God asked him, said, "Gird yourself up like a man, because I'm coming down to talk to you." And when God came down in a whirlwind, He said, "Job, where were you before I laid the foundations of the earth? When the morning stars sang together, and the sons of God shouted for joy, where were you then, Job?" And he was deflated at that time. "Where was you?"

See, the first time Angels ever sang at a celebration, was in heaven. But the first time they ever sang on earth was to shepherds at the birth of God, Emmanuel on earth; first human beings ever heard an Angel sing was humble shepherds.

SPOKEN.WORD.ORIGINAL.SEED_  JEFF.IN  V-3 N-2  SUNDAY_  62-0318E

92-6    Now, what was it? The virgin mind, womb: virgin womb for the baby. Results? Eternal Life. Eve, a good a woman as she was, virgin as she was, but first she let the doubt come in by the word, a devil's lie. What did he do? Brought her into contact in the wrong way. What was her child? Death.

Mary: virgin mind, virgin womb... When the devil tried to tempt her, and he come--and the Angel come to her then and said, "You're going to have a baby," Satan said, "Now, you better be quiet about that." The Angel said, "It's a act of God." And she no doubt thought of Isaiah 9:6; she said, "Behold the handsmaid of the Lord." What's the results? Virgin birth; Eternal Word in her, and she brought forth Eternal Life.

HE.SWORE.BY.HIMSELF_  JEFF.IN  V-26 N-11  SUNDAY_  54-1212

146    When God condescend and overshadowed virgin Mary, He was a Life. And a Life overshadowed and created a blood Cell around Itself.

Anybody knows now that the blood cell comes from what? The male. Is that right? The life lays in the blood cell, and the blood cell is coming from the male, not the female. There's where the life is, is in the male sperm.

Notice. Then God Himself come into the womb of virgin Mary and wrapped Hisself in a created blood Cell. Hallelujah. That's the reason we have Eternal Life. Then when that blood Cell, because of sin, was pierced with a sword yonder, and broke, it freed God yonder. And He broke open the blood Cell, and washed us, and brought us into Himself by the Holy Spirit. There you are. And now we are sons of God, part of God. Deity Itself lives in every believer. Every man that's borned of the Spirit of God is a part of God.

GOD.HIDING.HIMSELF.IN.SIMPLICITY_  ALBQ.NM  FRIDAY_  63-0412E

E-74    But what was it? It was Jehovah, little Jehovah crying as a baby. Could they expect that terrible Jehovah that thundered off of Mount Sinai, that set the mountain on fire, that opened the Red Sea, become a Baby in a stable? Oh, that--their theology couldn't swallow that. No, indeedy, not their Messiah.

They said, "When God sends a Messiah, no doubt He'll lower the corridors of heaven down. He'll have a ten-million angel salute come down. He'll come right to the temple that Moses left for us--or the--Solomon built for us here. And He'll come right straight to this temple, and He'll accept us right here. And our high priest that we have chosen, our chief man, our state representative, or whatever it is, He'll come to him, and say, 'I have arrived. Here I am. This is Me. I'm the Messiah. Don't you recognize Me? See the corridors I've come down? I come from heaven.'" That's the way they had it figured out.

Teenager

SUPER.SIGN_  JEFF.IN  V-15 N-7  SUNDAY_  59-1227M

92    Someone, as I have said before, wants to make Him a little short God. He was man; God was using a man. God was using a flesh that He created Himself in order to create through Him and to "Bring through Him many sons," says the Scripture, "through that obedient Son. Through one son all fell; through an obedient Son all shall live that believe." God with us, a sign, said that would be a sign. Jesus so loved to refer to Himself as Son of man, man Himself, just a man, "I am nothing; the Son can do nothing in Himself." But it's the Father [Blank.spot.on.tape--Ed.] was in Him, the Immanuel, the God, the--the baby, God, Jehovah God, that little baby cried, that was Jehovah. Did you see it? God living in a baby. God living in a teenage. What type of a teenager was He? He set the example. When He was lost by His father and His mother, they looked about to find Him, and they found Him in the temple, What did He say, as a teenager? "Know you not? Wist thou not that I must be about My Father's business?" Example for teenagers.

IDENTIFIED.CHRIST.OF.ALL.AGES_  LOUISVILLE.MS  WEDNESDAY_  64-0401

E-27    But watch the Word of God. Said, "Know you not that I must be about My Father's business?" The Word always corrects the error by identifying God among them, a twelve year-old child. If He'd been--Joseph had been His father He'd have been building houses and cabinets. But He was out there tearing down them denominations of that day. He was about His Father's business. See what He was doing? "Now, know ye not that I must be about My Father's business?" See? Told His mother... See how that... He was the Word. He is the Word. And the Word corrects the error by the identifying of God's characteristic. Amen.

LUKE 3:21

21       Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened,

LUKE 3:22

22    And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.

154-3 SMYRNAEAN.CHURCH.AGE  -  CHURCH.AGE.BOOK CPT.4

Before I close this subject, I know there is a question in your minds. You will want to know if I believe in the doctrine of pre-existence. I don't believe in that Mormon doctrine of the pre-existence of souls any more than I believe in reincarnation or the transmigration of souls. Be careful here and see this. It is not the person that comes predestinated eternally from God, IT IS THE WORD, OR SEED. That is it. Way back there, too far back for the human mind to grasp, the Eternal God with eternal thoughts, thought and decreed, "JACOB HAVE I LOVED, BUT ESAU HAVE I HATED, (Romans 9:13) AND NEITHER WAS BORN, AND NEITHER HAD DONE GOOD OR EVIL." See, it was the THOUGHT, and then that thought became expressed, and God bought back Jacob, because Jacob alone was SEED. Jacob, alone had the seed; that is why he had respect to the birthright and covenant of God. If you are true seed, you will hear that Word; the Spirit will baptize you into the body of Christ, filling you and empowering you, and you will receive the Word for your day and age. See how clear the true evidence becomes when the Word is revealed to you? Again, note, Jesus was the Royal Seed. He lived in a human body. When the Spirit called to Him (the Word-Manifested Thought), He went to Jordan and was there baptized in water. Upon obeying the Word, the Holy Spirit came upon Him and the voice said, "This is My beloved Son, hear ye Him." The voice did not say, "This has become My Son," Jesus WAS the Son. The Holy Ghost positioned Him as that Son before them all. Then having been filled thus (and the same pattern holds at Pentecost and ever after), He went in demonstrated power, receiving the full revelation of God and from God, for that day.

MANIAC.OF.GADARA_  CHICAGO.IL  TUESDAY_  54-0720A

E-32    And I just love to talk of Him, and I believe Him. And in this day when He's thought of among so many people as just a--a good Man... Some of them said, "Well now, He's just a Man." Well, I admit He was a Man. But He was more than a Man.

And some of them said, "Well, He was a--He was a prophet." Yeah, that's right, but He was more than a prophet. And He was God. Jesus Christ was God manifested in flesh. Jehovah God, His Father, overshadowed the virgin Mary and formed in her a blood cell which made the Son, Christ Jesus.

And at the baptism... He lived as a man until He was baptized by John, at Jordan. And immediately after His baptism, John bare record seeing the Holy Ghost coming from heaven and descending in him, and going upon Him.

And before that time, John heard a Voice in the wilderness that told him, "Upon whom thou shall see the Spirit descending, and remaining, that's the One that'll baptize with the Holy Ghost and fire."

And Jesus said, when He was here on earth, that, "I do nothing of Myself; it's not Me; it's My Father, and He dwelleth in Me." See? Now, the Bible said that, "God the Father was in Christ the Son, reconciling the world to Himself." See? So He was more than a Man. He was a God Man. He was not a God man, the God Man.

MANIAC.OF.GADARA_  CHICAGO.IL  TUESDAY_  54-0720A

E-33    He was God made flesh to take away sin. That's the only way it could be. God had to suffer. And God couldn't suffer the penalty of His own judgment unless He was made flesh. Because God is immortal. He's a Spirit. Jesus said in Saint John the 4th chapter, "God is a Spirit, and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit, in Truth."

And a spirit could not suffer death that the spirit had pronounced. And the Spirit did not send a prophet to take Its place. The Spirit did not send a good man to take Its place. The Spirit came Itself, in flesh, to take the place of It. That's right. God taken the place of a sinner, and died in its stead.

TIME.IS.AT.HAND_  CHICAGO.IL  SUNDAY_  56-0408E

E-23    And then come Jesus of Galilee to Jordan to be baptized of him: just an ordinary looking young Fellow of about thirty years old walked out into the water. All these years since the time of a child, where the Angel sang and the Magis followed the star, and nothing had been said very much about Him. But when He was really to be the Son of God, the anointed Messiah, God gave a sign out of heaven.

John said, "I didn't know Him." But the time had come for Who John had been told by, to vindicate Who the person was... For he said, "He that sent me to baptize as water said, 'Upon Whom thou shall see the Spirit descending and remaining, He's the One that will baptize with the Holy Ghost and Fire.'" The time came when that had to come to pass.

The time came for Jesus to go into His ministry, for miracles and signs and wonders to be done. It--time came for the Pharisees to reject Him, the Church to turn Him down. The time came for the crucifixion. The time came for the revelation. The time came for the resurrection. And all these things has time limits.

FROM.THE.BEGINNING.IT.WASN'T.SO_  SAN.JOSE.CA  WEDNESDAY_  59-1125

E-43    Now, that's what we're trying to get you to do, my brethren. Go back to where we left Him. Let me go with you. Let's take a trip back to where He was at the beginning. What did He do at the beginning? Now, there may be newcomers here. I want to say this. Go back. Jesus said, "At the beginning." That's where we want to start. And in the Christian church... He formed and founded the Christian church. Do you believe that? Certainly, if you're a Christian you do. He founded the Christian church. The Spirit that was in Him, through His death, brought grace back to the people to sanctify a holy church to send it through the world, to--that He might live in this church, continually bringing His same message to the people. Anyone knows that, that knows the Scripture.

All right, let's see what He was at the beginning. When His ministry first started, He was baptized with the Holy Ghost. All know that: Saint John the 1st chapter. When Jesus was thirty years old He begin to--go out to John. And John was baptizing on Jordan. And he baptized Jesus in the Jordan. And Jesus went straightway out of the water; and John beared record seeing the Spirit of God descending from heaven like a Dove, lighting upon Him, and a voice saying, "This is My beloved Son in Whom I am well pleased."

WE.WOULD.SEE.JESUS.SIRS_  TIFTON.GA  SATURDAY_  60-0109

E-25    Now, we know in the beginning when He came on earth, the people were looking for a Messiah. But thousands of them did not know the nature of this Messiah, because they never studied the Word. They studied it in the line of their creed, or of their denomination, or of their sect; they studied it according to that, but not according to the way God said it.

For if you'll notice, God told Moses in Deuteronomy 18:15 that "The Lord, your God, shall raise up a prophet among you, likened unto me. And it would come to pass, that whosoever would not hear this prophet, would be cut off from the people."

The real believers were looking for a God-prophet to come. Now, let's go back; I believe we read out of Saint John. Anywhere in the Scriptures would be all right, but we're studying the book of Saint John now. We begin at the 12th chapter. Let's go back to the beginning of Saint John and study for a moment. We know He's...

We just passed through the holidays about His birth and so forth, how He came. Now, He enters His ministry in Saint John 1. After the--His water baptism to fulfill all righteousness...

Not that He had to be baptized, because He was born the Son of God. Then I want to ask you something: If goodness is all you need, a good clean life, why did Jesus have to go to Jordan to be baptized in water and receive the Holy Ghost? When He... Everything about Him was godly: conceived in the womb of a virgin, but yet had to go to Jordan and be baptized. And John bare record, seeing the Spirit of God like a Dove, descending. The voice saying, "This is My beloved Son..." It behooved Him to fulfill all righteousness.

I'm not yelling at you. I know this a little room, but I been used to speaking out doors much.

WE.WOULD.SEE.JESUS.SIRS_  TIFTON.GA  SATURDAY_  60-0109

E-26    Notice, the first thing He did after His temptation in the wilderness, He came forth as the anointed Messiah, the Messiah, the Christ. "Christ" means "The Anointed One." He was born "Jesus" the man, but when the Holy Ghost came into Him, He was the anointed Messiah. The Bible said, "God was in Christ, reconciling Himself to the world." God, living in Him, the Fullness of the Godhead was in Him. "God poured all He was into Christ; Christ poured all He was into the Church."

On the day of Pentecost when they were assembled together, when that Pillar of Fire came down, It divided with cloven tongues and set upon each of them, showing that God was dividing Himself among His people. That's the reason I stand the way I do today between the churches; we've got to come together. The more we are together, the more God there is present. Not as I'm against the denominations or so forth, no; but don't, a barrier, a fence. We're all children of God by the new birth.

FORMER.AND.LATTER.RAIN_  PHOENIX.AZ  THURSDAY_  60-0303

E-14    And now, the sun has come across giving a dismal light because of the denseness of the faith of people. Jesus was the Son of God, as we was talking today. He was the Son of God as much as He was a man. At thirty years... We have no record of Him doing anything till He was thirty years old. When He was baptized in Jordan by John, then the Holy Ghost came upon Him without measure. In Him dwelled the Fullness of the Godhead bodily. He was Emmanuel. God was in Him. Why was God in Him? Because He was sinless born and because that He had a way that He could yield Hisself to God, and in Him dwelt all of God.

EASTER.SEAL_  PHOENIX.AZ  V-2 N-6  SATURDAY_  65-0410

12-1    God's Word, as Jesus, was born the Son of God to be Emmanuel, God's full expression in a Man... And He found Him in perfect obedience down at the river of Jordan, being baptized by that prophet. And as soon as He obeyed Him and walked out of the water, the heavens opened to John, and he saw the Holy Ghost descending from heaven, saying, "This is My beloved Son." See, perfect obedience, the Spirit had sought Him out in obedience.

ENTOMBMENT_  JEFF.IN  ER 55-72  SATURDAY_  57-0420

77    Here He goes. Where did He leave when He left? The Bible said, "He ascended. He went and preached to the souls that were in prison, that repented not in the long-suffering of the days of Noah." His soul, His Spirit, His Theophany of His Own Being, went down. Let's follow Him. Would you like tonight to follow Him a few minutes? Let's see where He went.

Just below the regions of mortal beings lays the realm of demon power; below that--just above that lays the souls of the unjust; below it lays the very domain of Satan: hell. Then just above us lays the Holy Spirit; then under the Altar lays the souls of the just men; the next is God Himself. One going downward, one going upward; the two spirits are here on earth, influencing the people of this earth.

EVER.PRESENT.WATER_  JEFF.IN  V-14 N-6  SUNDAY_  61-0723M

148    Jesus, when He was here on earth, when He died, His soul descended into hell, and preached to the spirits that were in prison, the souls in prison, that repented not in the long-suffering of the days of Noah. His body went into the grave. But before He died, He commended His Spirit into the hands of God. His Spirit went to God; His soul went to hell; and His body went to the grave. And Jesus was barred out from resurrection until the Scripture could be fulfilled. He could not come back, because He had to stay in the grave for three days and nights. But when the Scripture was all fulfilled, this bar was taken away; His Spirit descended to His soul, His soul to His body, and He rose again.

149    And when we die, our souls will go under the altar of God, where I was privileged to see a few mornings ago, as you know, in the vision, where the Bible speaks of. Our spirits will go to God Who give it, and our bodies shall return to the dust of the earth. But someday where the Scripture is fulfilled, our spirits will be released from God, will pick up the soul, and the soul to the body. And the power that'll raise us up, is right in us now. We are now in heavenly places. We are now in the power of the resurrection.

HEBREWS.CHAPTER.4_  JEFF.IN  HEB  SUNDAY_  57-0901E

142-132    As we had it the other night, God in the beginning was Spirit. And then from God went out the Logos, or the Theophany which was a form of a man called the Son of God (prefigured). He came in earth in a body of flesh, even before He came in Jesus Christ. Now, swallow that one once, brother. I'll prove it to you.

When--when Moses saw Him, he said, "Let me see Your form, Lord." And God hid him in a rock. And when He passed by, he said it was the back part of a man. That was that Theophany. That's exactly. Then that Theophany had to be made flesh, not another person, but the same Person had to become flesh to take the sting out of death. Like a bee when he stings, it leaves a stinger. And the... He never left that... He could put a sting in human flesh because it's sin. But, brother, when he stung that Emmanuel's flesh, he lost his stinger. Yes, sir. He can buzz, but he ain't got no stinger no more.

QUEEN.OF.SHEBA_  TIFTON.GA  SUNDAY_  60-0110

E-75    Then after He was baptized in water, John saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and going on Him, a Voice saying, "This is My beloved Son (correctly like this) in Whom I am pleased to dwell in."

God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself. Jesus said, "It's not Me that doeth these things; it's My Father. I--the Son can do nothing in Himself but what He sees the Father doing."

And then God was with us, God above us, God with us in Christ, Emmanuel, God with us. And then when that blood cell was broke at Calvary and the Blood was shed, the Spirit... Under the old dispensation, sin was just covered, not forgiven, covered, because the blood of goats and bulls would not take away sin; it only covered it.

But when the--the--the life that was in the animal that died, the life could not come back and be a spirit with the human being, because it was animal life without a soul. But when Jesus died, it was a soul of God. And when that cell was broke, it sanctified a Church that the Holy Spirit could live in us who were sexual born. Then it's God above us, God with us; now it's God in us.

"A little while and the world won't see Me no more," said Jesus. That's Kosmos, the world order. "It won't see me no more. Yet ye shall see Me ('Ye,' the Church, the believers), for I (And anyone with a grammar school education knows 'I' is a personal pronoun.), I will be with you, even in you to the end of the world, Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and forever."

GOD'S.WRAPPED.GIFT_  JEFF.IN  V-14 N-8  SUNDAY_  60-1225

98    There's another pathetic thing. I think one of the most pathetic Words that Jesus ever said, was when He said, "Father, I sanctify Myself, that they might be sanctified." In other words, He had a right; He was a man. He had a right to a home; He had a right to a family. He was man, as much man as you are or I am, as much human in His manhood as we were. He had a right to it. But He was training twelve men that was going to take the Gospel to all the world, so He sanctified Himself for their sake. "I sanctify Myself for their sake": a Gift of God, keeping Hisself sanctified.

Oh, gifts of God, you people who claim that you've received His Spirit, keep yourself sanctified (Yes, sir.); keep away from the things of the world; be sanctified. Oh.

ISRAEL.IN.EGYPT_  JEFF.IN  IC 1-34  WEDNESDAY_  53-0325

94    Now, here He comes, torn, riven, tore to pieces. His soul went to God. God blessed Him. And then His soul returned back in the form of the baptism of the Holy Ghost that comes into every believer, to sanctify, clean up the mind, clean up the heart, and leave a portion of the Holy Ghost in there, here and there. And when the Holy Ghost is given out, that same Holy Spirit that brought the Body of Jesus out of the grave, will rapture. And that covenant has to dovetail, as He tore there and gave the Body; went back to God, and the Spirit came back to the earth. Then your Spirit will have to be the same kind of Spirit, or it'll miss that place going together. Amen. Yes, sir. Not because you make yourself, but because Something, the love of God has swept into your soul and tore every earthly idol out. There it is.

His Kingdom

QUESTIONS.AND.ANSWERS_  JEFF.IN  COD  SUNDAY_  59-0628E

  397-Q-87    87. Were--were we spirits then?

No, we were not even nothing then, but in God's mind we were. And He spoke it and it materialized. Jesus was slain before... How many knows that the Bible teaches that Jesus Christ was the Lamb slain before the foundation of the world. Why? God spoke it, and when He spoke it, it was as good as finished. And when He saw me, He saw you before the foundation of the world, we were only figurative in His mind. Then when we come to the world, we were both man and woman, male and female. He separated the feminish spirit from the man and made a woman out of it and left the masculine spirit in a man.

When you see a woman acting like a man, there's something wrong. You see a man acting sissy like a woman, there's something wrong.

And then He took from the man's side a rib and made a helpmate out of him, and they two are one.

THINGS.THAT.ARE.TO.BE_  RIALTO.CA  V-4 N-6  SUNDAY_  65-1205

31    See, you were all preplanned by God. Nothing happens by chance with God. He knows all about it. It's all preplanned, planned for many generations back so that you could be here tonight. Did you know that? Just think, that you, at one time... (I'll repeat this again.) You at one time was in your father, in the gene of your father. Now, he didn't know you at that time; neither did you know him at that time. But you see, then you were put in the bedding ground, in the womb of mother through holy wedlock, and then you become a person expressed in the image like your father. Then there's fellowship.

MANIFESTED.SONS.OF.GOD_  JEFF.IN  AD.2  WEDNESDAY_  60-0518

69    For when this earthly body is brought here, there is a spiritual body ready for it. And as soon as this... Oh, hallelujah. "If this earthly tabernacle of our habitation be dissolved, there is one waiting yonder." Just as soon as we step out of this one, we step into that one: one that don't want a cold drink of water, don't have no need of a drink of water; one that don't eat, they're not of the dust of the earth. But they're just as real, and can feel, and shake hands, and just love, and everything is perfect. And that body is waiting yonder. It's part of it. There's three of them.

MANIFESTED.SONS.OF.GOD_  JEFF.IN  AD.2  WEDNESDAY_  60-0518

70    You begin your Eternal Life right here at the altar. Here's where you start eternity. Oh. You start Eternal Life right here. Then you are borned again, a son of God. And then when you die, you begin... When your death strikes you in this body and the heart quits beating, and the mortal wheels begin to stand still, that little shadow that was a shadow of the shadow, in one second it becomes a shadow of the shadow, then the next it becomes the shadow, then the next it becomes a little trinkle, then the next it becomes a creek, then the next it becomes a river, and the next it becomes the ocean; and after while you're standing in the presence of your loved ones standing yonder, clothed in the garments of a celestial body, that you know one another, love one another. You've turned back to a young man and young woman again. Exactly right. It waits there until the coming of the Lord Jesus. And someday that glorified body of His...

Now, remember, that is a celestial body, not a glorified, a celestial body. And someday that celestial body will leave heaven with Jesus.

ENTOMBMENT_  JEFF.IN  ER 55-72  SATURDAY_  57-0420

50    And then no doubt in my mind, but that's what Jesus had in His mind when He was here on earth, was that infallibility of God's eternal Word. For we know that in Him dwelt the Fullness of the Godhead Body. The entire Godhead was in Him. He was both Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, but dwelt in a human form; the theophany of God, the great image of God that He made man in, then placed him in the earth... He had a body. God isn't without a body. God's got a body, and it looks like a man. Moses saw it; others saw it, and it looks like a man.

And it's just an impression, this is, of what that is. And everything on earth, the beauty, the sweetness, the beauty of the earth, is nothing else in the world but an answer to a far better than that, that waits us when we leave this world. For everything in earth is just a pattern of that which is in heaven. Everything that's good, everything that's righteous, everything that's beautiful, trees, birds, everything is just a pattern of what's in heaven.

Our own life is just a pattern. It's just a shadow, and not the real thing. It's the negative side. It takes death to develop the picture, to put us back in the theophany we come from. Then in the resurrection we come in His likeness, a resurrected body. What a beautiful; not only beautiful, but it is the real solemn truth of God's eternal Word, that we'll be like Him.

EVER.PRESENT.WATER_  JEFF.IN  V-14 N-6  SUNDAY_  61-0723M

149    And when we die, our souls will go under the altar of God, where I was privileged to see a few mornings ago, as you know, in the vision, where the Bible speaks of. Our spirits will go to God Who give it, and our bodies shall return to the dust of the earth. But someday where the Scripture is fulfilled, our spirits will be released from God, will pick up the soul, and the soul to the body. And the power that'll raise us up, is right in us now. We are now in heavenly places. We are now in the power of the resurrection.

If there wasn't a law to that, sons and daughters of God would create them a world out here and go live a private life on it. You have the power in you to do it. If you've got a shadow of the power of God in you, you got power to do it. God is omnipotent. See what I mean? The power that's in you will make... You could speak a world into existence and go live on it. Hallelujah. There you are.

That's what power is in the Church now, but it is controlled by a law. And that law is not keeping a bunch of commandments. It's a law of faith. Jesus said, "All things are possible to them that believe." And if you can believe it, whatever God will lead your soul to believe, that is yours. Every place the soles of your foot can set upon by faith, God gives it to you. Amen. It's yours; you possess it, if you can find the key to this law of faith that opens it to you. You see what I mean? That power is controlled by... If you are a son of God, you are a daughter of God, that never leaves you. It's with you all the time. But your faith gets away from It, but It's still there. Hallelujah.

INFALLIBLE.PROOF.OF.RESURRECTION_  STURGIS.MI  MONDAY_  57-0114

E-30    No man has sought God at any time. Jesus said, "No man can come to Me, except My Father calls him first." That's right. God has to do the calling.

Then if it taken the Holy Spirit to brood us out of the earth the first time, and we were made thus without any--any conception of what we would be or what we'd be made like, and we are here today in this manner, because God has made us thus... How much more after we're gone and our bodies are blowed to the four winds of the earth, can the Holy Spirit, that we now embrace and call our Lord...

And the word "Brooding," means, "Making love." And when the Holy Spirit made love to the calcium, and potash, and petroleums of the earth, and formed it together and made a human being out of it, then in returns as human being recognizes Him and makes love back to Him, with a promise that He would raise us up in the last days, what kind of a faith should we have? All the fear is taken away. Why, you could bury me in the sea, but the trumpet will wake me. No matter where, how far, what takes place, we are going to come from the dust.

LAW.HAVING.A.SHADOW_  BINGHAMTON.NY  FRIDAY_  54-1203

E-61    Death has set in on this old mortal body here. It's creeping it, and turning it gray, and taking it down; but, bless God, every atom, and every light, and every light meter within this body will return at the resurrection to its perfection. Hallelujah. Death has no reign a righteous. Hallelujah. The soul of man never dies. When my spirit's turned loose yonder with the King of spirits, at the resurrection it'll scream, and every atom that ever made this body when it was as strong and the best it was ever, will zap to its place again. Hallelujah. Yes, sir.

WHO.IS.THIS.MELCHISEDEC_  JEFF.IN  V-5 N-10  SUNDAY_  65-0221E

67    Now, we see the attribute sons of His Spirit have not yet entered into the Word form body, but--a theophany. This body is subject to the Word and earnest--waiting for the earnest change of the body.

Now, the different between Him and you as a son... See, He was at the beginning the Word, an "En morphe" body. He came in and lived in that in the Person of Melchisedec. Then later... We never heard no more of Melchisedec, because He became Jesus Christ. Melchisedec was the Priest, but He became Jesus Christ. Now, you bypassed that, because in that form He knowed all things. And you have never been able to know that yet. You come like Adam, like me. You became from the attribute to the flesh to be tempted. But when this life is finished here... "If this earthly tabernacle be dissolved, we have one already waiting." That's where we go; that is the Word. Then we can look back and see what we done. Now, we don't understand it. We have never become the Word; we've just become the flesh-man, not the Word. But...

And look clearly, makes it clear you will never be the Word unless you was a thought at the beginning. That proves the predestination of God. See? You can't be the Word 'less you're a thought. You had to be in the thinking first. But you see, in order to stand temptation you had to bypass the theophany; you had to come down here in flesh to be tempted by sin. And then if you sin... "All the Father hath given Me will come to Me, and I'll raise him up at the last days." See, you had to be first. And then you see, He come right down the regular line, from attribute to...
