EXODUS 33:9

9 And it came to pass, as Moses entered into the tabernacle, the cloudy pillar descended, and stood [at] the door of the tabernacle, and [the LORD] talked with Moses.

10 And all the people saw the cloudy pillar stand [at] the tabernacle door: and all the people rose up and worshipped, every man [in] his tent door.

E-39 See, everything in the Bible is in a trinity. You know that. I said, the other day, "You're a trinity: soul, body, and spirit." You live in a trinity: kitchen, and living room, and the bedroom. You might have eight or ten different rooms, but bedrooms and spare this, but you only live in three rooms. God, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost in a trinity.

And we find out that the coming of Christ is in a trinity. He came first to redeem His bride, comes next to receive His Bride, comes next with His Bride, as King and Queen, to reign through the millennium. You know that. Everything is in a trinity. And we're in a trinity, we have a mortal body, a glorified body, or, I mean, a celestial body, and then a glorified body. Three stages brings us back to our perfection again like in Eden.

22 And it helped me, because I used to have an idea when a person died, just their soul went off. But then when He quoted that to me, that "If this earthly tabernacle of our habitation be... we already have one." See? And we've got to have everything in three's to make a perfection. See? And there's one body here, then that body there which is the--the celestial body, and then the glorified body in the resurrection. See, that makes it complete. See? So it's a... It's not a myth; it's not an idea; it's not a spirit. It is a man and a woman like you are, just exactly.

E-13 And when the soul leaves the body, it takes its journey into a place of rest in a body that's in the form and shape of this body, but it isn't this type of a body.

You'll meet your loved ones; you couldn't shake their hands. You could talk to them; you could look at them. They look just like they do here. 'Cause when Peter, and John, and James saw Moses and Elijah, they recognized them on Mount Transfiguration.

But it's a body. But then when that body, a kind of a celestial body, when it returns back to the earth, it picks up the--the substance that it once lived in and then it becomes a glorified body. And that body is the one that we'll see the Lord Jesus in His resurrected body.

You break it down from a cell, and it comes in then to a--a cell in a cell, and into a atom, and a molecule, and on down like that; and finally it ends up into the unseen. It goes from a natural, something you put your hands on, to gases; from gases into acids--acids into gases, and gases, on back like that, till it finally all winds up to one little thing, and that is spirit. And this spirit who has occupied these gases... It might not be the same gases, but the features of what you are will be exactly what they are again. See? The spirit has controlled that.

And now, in other words, when you become a young man or a young woman, and like, God takes a picture of you... Now, no matter how old and wrinkled, how disfigured, whatever it will be, that will wind right on down through. And that body may be destroyed, disfigured, burnt, eat up by lions, whatever it is, but it was made up of gases, sixteen elements of the earth. That was calcium, and potash, and petroleum, and cosmic light, and so forth, all goes together to make up the body. Now, no matter, that's--the whole earth is filled with that.

188 We are a threefold being: soul, body, spirit. We know that what this flesh is; we realize that; it's here. We know what the spirit is; it controls the flesh. But what is the soul? The soul is the nature of the spirit.

Now, on the outside gates of a man is his five senses that enters to his body. On the inside, which is his soul, or the... The--the soul is the nature of the spirit that's on the inside of his heart; produces his soul, which makes the atmosphere around him. He has also five entrances.

Then on the inside he has only one gate, one entrance to go into the Shekinah glory, where God can enter into him and take over in the control tower. And that way is through self-will. Whether you will to or not, that's up to you. But that's the only avenue that's open to the man that God can come into his heart, is by self-will. Puts him right back like Adam and Eve on free moral agency again. You can choose right or wrong, either one you want to.

80-279 Now, when man become into that body, he had control of all the fishes, and fowls, and--and beasts of the field. And then there was no man to till the soil (Genesis 2). He done made male and female, but there was no man to till the soil. Then God made man out of the dust of the earth. He give him a hand like a--like a chimpanzee, give him a foot like a bear. He give him... He made him on the image... And this earthly body is in the image of animal life, and it's made out of the same kind of material. Your body's made just the same kind of material as a horse, or a dog, or anything like that. It's made out of calcium, potash, petroleum, cosmic light. You're just no... All flesh like that is... Not the same flesh, it's different flesh, but it's made out of the dust of the earth where it come from. But the difference between an animal and a man, God put a soul in a man and He didn't put it in the animal, because the soul that was in the man is that theophany.

E-15 "Ye shall see Me." That better? All right. Ye shall see Me. Now, if Christ has risen from the dead, and we are given the invitation and the Scripture that He promised, that He--we could see Him, and that we--He would be the same yesterday, today, and forever, then would you desire to see Him? Would you? If you'd raise your hands? Would every Christian believe it that? I--I would, with my hands up; I would love to see Him. Well, now, how can we see Him? The way we can see Him is by His works. Now, he hasn't come in a corporal body yet, among us. He's here in a spiritual body (You believe that?), a spiritual body called the Holy Spirit. He's in the form of the Holy Spirit.

In the beginning God was a Spirit. And all the fountain of goodness and mercy and power, and all the good things of love, God was the center of that fountain. And then the Logos that went out of God in the beginning become what we would call a theophany, or a--a supernatural body. God is just not like the air, but He's in a body. Moses seen Him pass and said it looked like the back part of a man, and so forth. And then that same theophany was made flesh and dwelled among us. And we beheld Him, the only begotten of the Father: Christ.

HEBREWS.CHAPTER.4_ JEFF.IN HEB SUNDAY_ 57-0901E

142-132 As we had it the other night, God in the beginning was Spirit. And then from God went out the Logos, or the Theophany which was a form of a man called the Son of God (prefigured). He came in earth in a body of flesh, even before He came in Jesus Christ. Now, swallow that one once, brother. I'll prove it to you.

When--when Moses saw Him, he said, "Let me see Your form, Lord." And God hid him in a rock. And when He passed by, he said it was the back part of a man. That was that Theophany. That's exactly. Then that Theophany had to be made flesh, not another person, but the same Person had to become flesh to take the sting out of death. Like a bee when he stings, it leaves a stinger. And the... He never left that... He could put a sting in human flesh because it's sin. But, brother, when he stung that Emmanuel's flesh, he lost his stinger. Yes, sir. He can buzz, but he ain't got no stinger no more.

1066-21 But now, this picture is the main thing. Then in the resurrection, those gases, and acids, and things comes right back into the place and develops this picture again. Now, this picture was not taken when you was sixteen, or eighteen, or twenty years old at your best. When was it taken? Before there was a foundation of the world it was put in God's great file. And then, only thing it did was featured itself here for you to make your choice. See? Then you become a servant of God. Him foreknowing it, makes Him a Redeemer, as we've been through it.

Then that picture is absolutely... This is the negative. The negative part of life is where you're living now. And anything, if there is a negative, there's got to be a positive before there can be a negative. Therefore, if this is a negative, there's got to be a positive somewhere. And this ain't the real thing; this is only a foreshadow of the real thing that is to come. Now you got it?

So, I don't care what they would do with you; they cannot destroy that profile, that picture in God's great gallery up there. It cannot destroy it; it's in heaven. You could burn it up, feed it to the lions, do it anyway you want to; it'll come forth again just as sure as the two twos is four. Just as sure as God spoke it, it'll come forth. So no matter where you are...

273-385 Now, he's speaking of the soul, the spirit. For we pack our bodies over the grave of the saintest of us, for this body. And the body... In the first place, when God, the Logos that went out of God...

Or, as I have went through it, the Catholic call It, "the eternal sonship of God."... Which as I have said before, the word doesn't even make sense. See, there cannot be an eternal son, because a son had to have a beginning. And so Jesus had a beginning; God had no beginning. See? But the Son was the... Not eternal sonship, but the Son that was with the Father in the beginning was the Logos that went out of God.

And it was the Theophany of God that went out, the human form that didn't have eyes like you see: a better eye. It didn't have ears like you hear, but a far more hearing. See? It was a Theophany, that all this rainbow condescended into a--a Theophany. Moses saw It when It passed through the rock like that. He saw the back parts, said, "It looked like a man."

98 When the theophany... Moses seen Him, Exodus 33:2, He was a theophany. Moses wanted to see God. He'd heard His voice, heard Him talk to him, seen Him in a bush there with a big Pillar of Fire. And he said, "Who are You; I want to know Who You are?" Moses said, "I'll put--if You'll let me see You... I'd like to see Your face."

He said, "No man can't--see My face." He said, "I'll put My hand over your eyes, and I'll pass by. And you can see My back, but not My face." See? And when He did, it was the back of a Man; it was theophany. Then the Word that come to Moses, I AM; that was the Word. The Word came to Moses in the form of a--a Pillar of Fire in a burning bush, the I AM.

As the Word from the theology--or from the theophany, rather (Excuse me.), He came to Abraham as a Man under the oak tree. Now, look at there.
