MALACHI 4:1
1 ¶
For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the
proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh
shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it
shall leave them neither root nor branch.

2 But unto you that fear my name shall the
Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth,
and grow up as calves of the stall.

11 And I do believe in Divine
healing; it's one of the great doctrines of the Bible. But Divine
healing has more to it than just Divine healing. Divine healing only says that
there is a God Who's coming again. What does Divine
healing speak of? It's the earnest of our resurrection. If there's no Divine healing then there is no resurrection. See? And if
there is no Holy Spirit now to baptize us, there is no Eternal Life in the
world to come.
The Bible said, "This is the earnest of our salvation."
And you know what the earnest is? Is the down payment.
See? If you go down and pay each... Say you bought a
farm; they wanted ten thousand dollars for it, and you paid two thousand,
that's your "earnest money," they call it the earnest of it. Now, if this
baptism of the Holy Spirit is just the earnest on what's coming, oh, what will
it be when we--when we get the full price? It'll be glorious.

E-36 While we're groaning, veiled in this
tabernacle of humiliation, we have the earnest of our perfect, complete
redemption back like we was in the beginning when God
created Adam in the garden of Eden. We have a foretaste of glory divine by the
baptism of the Holy Ghost, the refreshment coming from the Presence of God to
water the Church to make it grow in grace. And when we're sick we have
redemption, the blessing, the attributes of the death
of Christ. Divine healing as a fore-sign to us that someday this mortal
will take on immortality. Yes, sir. Amen, Oh, my, marvelous. He's here
to do it. Glory.

would like to know while you have your heads bowed in prayer, how many would
say by an uplifted hand, "Brother Branham, remember me in prayer."
Raise your hands. My, thousands.
O Lord, we are all earthbound people. We got our faces turned
towards the dust from which You taken us. And someday
we will return to that dust if Jesus tarries. But O God, give into our hearts,
Eternal Life. And someday when Jesus comes, though we be dust, when the Son
of righteousness rises with healing in His wings, this mortal will take on
immortality, and we shall be resurrected, and caught up to meet Him in the air.
Each one of those hands, give them Eternal Life, for we ask it in Jesus' Name.

35-3 Oh, and I remember when He swept down there
in that big Light, standing yonder at the bottom of the river, 1933, in June,
when He said, "As--as John the Baptist was sent forth and forerun the
first coming of Christ, I send you with a Message to
the world to forerun the second coming of Christ." And
around the world she's went, when revival fires had
been built for fifteen years on nearly every mountain...?... Divine healing
across the nations, and the power, and restoration... And now, I believe she's
ready to strike that final climax yonder to bring forth a faith that'll rapture
the Church into glory (It's the truth.), and She's laying in the Messages.
We're really at the end time. We've talked about it and everything, but the
thing has moved upon us now. Hear them. Yes, sir. Here's one. That's right.

17 Now, Billy has probably give
out some prayer cards, which I think he... Yeah, I told him to. And I believe
he told me awhile ago, that he had. Somewhere along there, I'll call a few to
the prayer line after while to be prayed for. And if your card's not
called--if--if it is called, rather, and you're not sure that God is the Healer
and He's going heal you, it won't do no good to come
up here, because you won't be healed. You... If there's one question... If
you'd say, "Well, now, if there's something in my life, I really ought to
straighten this up," you go make that right first, and then come back to
the prayer line. See?
Because healing is the children's bread. We
realize that. It's in the atonement, and the atonement first is applied to our
souls. And healing has always forerun every message, and it's also been a means
to gather people together. And it's a...
Many people will sponsor a healing meeting; many will come
to a healing meeting, or to a song festival, but when it comes to a poor lost
soul to get saved, there's not many people interested
in that. They just... But that's the main thing. Divine healing and singing
festivals, and so forth, is just a... As Brother Bosworth used to say,
"It's the bait on the hook." And you show the fish the bait, not the
hook.

20 And that's just the thing to get the people
to listen a while, till you can really present to them your message. God has did that in every age; through every age, there's always
been a healing campaign. And if it's a genuine healing campaign, behind that
campaign always is a message. There never is a sign given just for a sign; it's
forerunning a message.
And I believe the same thing is, seventeen years ago, or eighteen
years now, that the Lord sent me out to start praying for the sick. It made a
great revival among the people. Many great servants of God has
went forth in healing campaigns, and... But the healing campaigns, in itself,
if you still stay in the same old trend of what you've always was, there's
something wrong; that healing campaign wasn't sent from God. It's got to
attract attention first (See?), get the attention, and then there's a message.
Jesus, when He came forth, healing the sick, and so
forth, He was a great Prophet to all of them. But when He begin to tell them
the Truth of the Gospel, Who He was and what He come for, then He was--He was
not popular after that. And that's the way it's always been through every age,
and it will continue that way.

E-28 Now, then the--the servant come back and
said, "Lord..." That was down from Luther on down to Wesley age. All
kinds of excuses made. "Oh, well, we got other things to do."
But then, when the servant come back and said, "I done all
this and they got all excuses." Watch what he said to the preacher now.
"Supper's already fixed." Amen. It's already past time.
Said, "I want you to give the supper call now. Leave them alone, they
won't come anyhow."
But go out and start a healing campaign. Bring in the
lame, the blind, the halt. And everybody hollers today
about healing campaigns to get a crowd. "What's the matter with you,
preacher?" That's the light of the Bible. That's right. "Go, get the lame and the halt." That's the last call
before the coming of the Lord according to the Bible. Go out and call a healing
campaign. Miracles and signs and wonders will be done. And bring them in 'cause
I'm--I'm going to have My table set full." Amen.
"I've made it. I've killed My fatlings. I'm going
to have a real supper and you go out and bring in the lame, the halt, the
blind, the afflicted." Brother, that's a meal
call.
Divine healing is the program of today. That's God's last call, is
Divine healing. And then these fellows that wouldn't
accept it and set back with their big old dry theology, tries to say that we
put Divine healing in the paper to get a crowd. Jesus
said to. Amen. Oh, that would make a Baptist shout if he had the same thing.
That's right. Divine healing is the order of the day.

32 Now, did you notice, there was
three pulls or three turns of it when they went out first and called to them
that were bidden to come, and they didn't do it. So there went out a healing
campaign, went out to get the blind and halt. And still there were room, so
he went out and compelled the good, bad, and indifferent that they should come
in.
Now, you read another parable of this, something on the order of
it, in Matthew 22:1-10, if you'd like to read it later on. But I--I drew this
subject from there: "Is Your Life Worthy of the Gospel?"

41-2 The first three; three is perfection. That's when the ministry went forth. The Second Pull was
the discernment of spirits of prophecy. First was the healing of the sick; the
second was the prophecy that went forth, that knowed
the secret of the thoughts, when the Word Itself was made manifest, which,
that's grace. But remember, the seventh is the finish. Could this be the finish
pull? It's all over. Could it be? Think of it now. Just think where you're at.
See? Seven is always the finish--Three Pulls.

41-3 Jesus' ministry consisted
of three pulls. Did you know that? Notice. Be sincere if you ever was
in your life now for a minute, few minutes. His First Pull
was healing the sick. He become a very popular Man. Everybody
believed Him, seemed like. Is that right? When He went forth healing the sick,
everybody wanted Him in their church, but one day He turned around and started
prophesying, for He was the Word. And He was the Prophet that Moses spoke of.
And when He went to tell them, and telling how they was living and the things they were doing, He become very
unpopular. That was His Second Pull. I wonder if it has typed right back again? Just think a minute. Could it be? The first, healing
everybody, the second... Oh, "It could be Jesus Only.
It could be Beelzebub; it could be..." That's the same thing they did
there. See? Same spirits living in the same kind of people, condemned people
that could never be saved because they were condemned before... They...

262 Notice the very day when this messenger,
not when he starts on the, but when he begins to declare his Message. See? The
First Pull, healing; Second Pull, prophesying; Third Pull, the opening of the Word, the
mysteries revealed. No more... There's no more higher order to reveal the
Word than prophets. But the only way the prophet can be a-vindicated is by the
Word. And
remember the Third Pull was the opening of them Seven Seals to reveal the
hidden Truth that's been sealed in the Word. Do you see it? It is
then, in that day when this thing is to take place that Jannes
and Jambres, the impersonators, will appear again,
just like they did when Moses appeared with the original Word to say it; they
appear to impersonate it. Just exactly right. Now, you see what Matthew 24:24
is? See? Anointed ones.
