31 ¶ The Jews therefore, because it was the
preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath
day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and
[that] they might be taken away.

8-4 Then He said when He come forth on that
morning, "Because I live, you live also." Not only was He the
beneficiary of the resurrection, but all those Seed that was resting in God's
great providence was a benefactor of that resurrection to Life, because He
said, "Because I live, ye shall live also."
That was the breaking of the Seal. Because He was brought up, so
will every one that's in Christ be brought up with Him.
At this glorious sunrise God had proven or vindicated His Word. All the glooms
and doubts that had moved in people's minds was taken away, because here was He
Who once lived, eat, drink, and fellowship with mankind that said, "I have
power to lay My life down, and I have power to raise it up again." And
now, not only had He made the statement, but He proved it to be the truth. Oh,
what a glorious thing that is. I'm sure this morning that even we, who believe
it, cannot comprehend what a great thing that was. Because He raised from the dead, we also have already raised from the
dead, for we were in Him.

28 Now, the same thing is this: If you are a
son of God, and if I am a son of God, or a daughter of God, we were in God at
the beginning. And when Jesus became the Fullness of the Word, then we
were in Him, germ form. When He was crucified, we was
crucified in His body. When He rose from the dead, we rose with Him. And now, since we
have recognized it, now we set together with Him in heavenly places in Christ
Jesus. See? For He... We, if we are sons and daughters
of God, we are God's children; then we're attributes of God. Then we were--got
Eternal Life. And God is the only Eternal Life there is. Then we were in Him
from the beginning. And when Jesus became all that Word, then we were part of
Him then. Amen. There you are. When that's in there, there's no devil, no
powers, no nothing can ever move it. That's the tie post of the soul.
You can be anointed out here in this spirit, and desire, and do
all these other things, but when it comes to this tie post to that Word, you'll
never move from there. It'll hold right steady and true to that Word as it can
be. Outside of that, regardless of what you do, you're still lost.

E-57 Now, today, that's the refuge that we have.
Look what happens. When we are recognized... He was our substitutionary
death. When we realize it's not our righteousness but His, and when we accept
Him as a personal Saviour, then we go to the grave with
Him in baptism, and we die with Him. If you don't, you shouldn't be buried.
So when you're dead to the--and confess your sins, and call
yourself a sinner, and ask for mercy, and are buried with Christ in baptism, we
are also risen with Him in the resurrection.
And now being raised from sin (Hallelujah. Now, I feel
religious, brother.), being raised from the dead in the likeness of his
resurrection, we are raised up from the life of sin, and setting with Him in
heavenly places in Christ Jesus, filled with the Holy Ghost, with the
evidence of Eternal Life that we are already raised up from the dead. Our souls are alive
tonight with Christ, because sin is beneath us and we've raised
from there, which is the earnest of our resurrection. Amen.

E-90 He's up, up from the grave. He's up from
the dead. He's been raised for two thousand years, and we're
living with Him, resurrected Him, setting in heavenly places in Christ Jesus
(amen), already raised from the dead. What's the use of having
the pressure on you? Live? Why, you've got to live. You can't die. "He
that heareth My Words, and believeth on Him that sent
Me, has Eternal Life." That's right. "I am
the Resurrection, and Life," said Jesus, "He that believeth in Me though he were dead, yet shall he live: whosoever liveth and believeth in Me shall never die." See,
we're already raised with Him. We got the earnest of it; the Holy Spirit
declares it so. We've passed from death unto life. How do you know? All the world's beat off.
The old eagle can just scream as he wants to 'cause every shackle
is off of him, all the old crust is gone. And when the worldly crust, worldly
habits, all the fuss and tempers, stew, and all the carrying on, running from
denomination to denomination, is all settled and you're in Christ Jesus, you
know Eternal Life dwells, for you look back and see where you come from, back
down there in that muck and fuss down there. Now, I'm up here, safe forevermore
in Christ Jesus, a new creature.

708-92 In there we look back and seen where we
used to lie and steal and cheat and smoke and do the things that's wrong. We've
raised from that. We're in heavenly places. What is
it? The evidence that someday we'll have a body like His own
glorious body. It's the exact evidence of the
resurrection, because, potentially, we are already raised with Him; potentially
we've already died.
William Branham that used to live doesn't
live no more; he's been dead thirty-some odd years; now it's a new creature. Orman Neville that used to live isn't living no more; he died many years before that; this is a new
creature. Orman Neville's dead, the--the horse racer,
gambler, or whatever he was, the man that once lived is dead. I don't know,
Brother Neville wasn't that; but whatever it was, he's guilty of all of it:
"Guilty of the least is guilty of the whole." Ever what you were, you
are a sinner, that's what you are.
And you're dead because you love the things of the world. And as
long as you still love the world, no matter how much you confess to be up here,
you're not up here, you're down there yet: He that loves the world or the
things of the world, the love of God hasn't entered him yet.

Just like Joshua brought back the evidence, Jesus brought the evidence of the

Now, we reckon ourselves dead. We're buried with Him in baptism
unto His death, and we raised with Him in the
resurrection. And now we are in already, not we're going to; we're already
raised. Oh, my. We are now, not will be; we are now, tonight, setting in
heavenly places. How? In Christ Jesus. Not we will be
some other time; we are now. The church don't realize
who they are. See? We are now, right this minute. How? In Christ Jesus,
assembled together in Him, already raised from the dead. Our souls is immortal.

E-18 Here, let me show
you something in the Scriptures so you won't be tied up. I don't have time to
teach, but look. For instance, when a baby's born in this world... A baby born
a natural birth, what is the three elements that comes
from the body? The first is water. Is that right? Blood.
Is that right? Then life, spirit. Is that true? Water,
blood, and spirit, that makes a complete birth.
When a man is born again of the Spirit of God, there was
three elements came from the Body of Jesus Christ that we go through to be born
again of the Spirit of God: water, blood, and spirit. Is that right? Pierced His side: water and Blood and Spirit. These three
are one. That's the elements we come through: the justification,
sanctification, baptism of the Holy Spirit into the Body of Christ, the three.
Now, if you see all the natural, that's
what constitutes the natural birth. That's what constitutes the spiritual
birth. Now, we see it's all the natural is like spiritual.

Remember, the Bride was not taken from the body until the
body was dead. He'd already died, and they was going
to break His legs. And the prophet said, "There'll not be one bone
broken." So they done drawed back the hammer to
break a leg, and a man run up with a spear and pushed it through His heart; and
water and Blood came forth; He was already dead. She was already redeemed in
the body by His death, so there's no more suffering tribulation period for the
Bride. See? She goes in. But the Gentile church that just
believe on Him and take the denominational creeds and so forth...

70 You begin your Eternal Life right here at the altar. Here's
where you start eternity. Oh. You start Eternal Life right here. Then you are borned again, a son of God. And then when
you die, you begin... When your death strikes you in this body and the heart
quits beating, and the mortal wheels begin to stand still, that little shadow
that was a shadow of the shadow, in one second it becomes a shadow of the
shadow, then the next it becomes the shadow, then the next it becomes a little trinkle, then the next it becomes a creek, then the next it
becomes a river, and the next it becomes the ocean; and after while you're
standing in the presence of your loved ones standing yonder, clothed in the
garments of a celestial body, that you know one another, love one another.
You've turned back to a young man and young woman again. Exactly right. It
waits there until the coming of the Lord Jesus. And someday that glorified body
of His...
Now, remember, that is a celestial body, not a glorified, a
celestial body. And someday that celestial body will leave heaven with Jesus.

E-62 They say life begins at forty. That's a lie. Life begins at
the altar. That's where life begins, Eternal Life, when you come to that Jesus
Christ. Every promise is yours; it's all yours. It's to you. Maybe you
haven't searched it. Maybe you haven't looked down the find out whether the
promise is for you. You can't come and receive the
Holy Ghost unless you really believe you're going to get it. Why, God's more
anxious for you to get it then you are to receive it, more anxious; He wants
you to have it. It's yours, it's your personal
property.
He sent Jesus to die, that He might bring you to Himself that
He--He might have something to worship Him. When He was El, Elah,
Elohim, He was by Hisself. But
in Him was attributes. Them attributes was to be a
father, was to be God, was to be worshipped, was to be a Healer, was to be a Saviour, and all these things. You--your life displays them
attributes. As soon as you come to Him, you become His son; you worship Him.
It's what He really was to be, what He made you to do. Your purpose here is to
worship God, and you cannot worship Him correctly till you worship Him in
Spirit and in Truth:

resting in the atonement that our Lord made for us, knowing this, that when the
judgment comes, that we'll float above the judgment. We'll be taken out of the
world and will not have to stand the judgment, for our Lord promised us in
Not a wandering soul when we die; we're in the Presence of
God. Not a wandering through a endless eternity, lost, to know we have to
return back and be judged according to the deeds done in the body, but, Father,
tonight we have settled that at the altar, and our sins has gone on before us,
and been justified by the Blood of Jesus Christ, with the proof of it, God
poured back the Holy Spirit upon us, and we're sealed now unto our eternal
destination.

49 Like my little eagle story, of how the
little eagle was hatched out under a hen. And the little fellow walked with the
chickens, he, the hen clucked, and he didn't understand her clucking. And--and
the little chickens, their diet they had in the barnyard, he--he didn't
understand that, how that they did that. But there was something in him, seemed
to be different from what that chicken was, because at the
beginning he was a eagle. That's right.
One day his mama come hunting him, and, when he heard
that scream of the eagle, it was different from the cluck of the hen.
And that's the way it is with every born again believer.
You can hear all the theology you want to and all the manmade discrepancy; but
when that Word flashes out there, then there's something takes ahold, you come to It. "You who were
once dead in sin; that life has He quickened." There has to be a Life
there to quicken to, first. God by His foreknowledge knowed all things. And we were predestinated to be
sons and daughters of God. "Ye who were once dead in sin and trespasses,
wherein we all had our times past, but hath He quickened."

34-5 In the beginning was the Word, and if the
Word was God then you were in God. The Word, the part that you're to play was
in God before the foundation of the world. He seen
you. He knew you. He predestinated you to it. And I'll tell you; just as that
eagle recognized that voice, so does a real borned
again Christian recognize the Voice of God speaking through the Word, when they
see It anointed and vindicated.
Look, he looked up there. He didn't see this old hen "cluck,
cluck around here, Join us, and go over here, and go this, and go to this and
that." He saw a Being like he wanted to be, sailing in the air, screaming
free, up in the highs above all the vultures and things of the earth.
Hallelujah. He wanted to be that, because it was in him to be that.

son of God has to have the nature of God. He has to be like God. He honors God.
He's part of the Word of God.
And in this last days of this Bride taken
form just exactly in the same power that He was in at the beginning... He's
come up through these organizations and so forth and come out for the Bride. He
can't be nothing else but that.
