I TIMOTHY 1:9

9    Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,

I TIMOTHY 1:10

  10    For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;

130    Three things happen, a voice--a shout, a voice, a trumpet, has to happen before Jesus appears. Now, a shout. Jesus does all three of them when He's--He's--He's descending. A "shout," what is a "shout"? It's the Message going forth first, the living Bread of Life bringing forth the Bride.

Now, God has a way of doing things, and He never changes His policy. He never changes His... He's the unchanging God. In Amos 3:7 He said He would do nothing on the earth until first He revealed it to His servants the prophets. And just as certain as He promised it, He'll do it.

104-2  {247}    They died... Jesus said, "He that believeth on Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. Whosoever liveth and believeth on Me shall never die. He that eats My flesh and drinks My Blood has Everlasting Life, and I'll raise him up at the last day."

No matter if he falls asleep in the first watch, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, or seventh, wherever he falls asleep... What'll happen? The trumpet of God shall sound, that last trump will blast forth the same time that the last angel's giving his message and the last Seal is opened, that last trumpet will sound, and the Redeemer comes forth to take His redeemed possessions: His church, blood-washed.

BREACH.THE_  JEFF.IN  SUNDAY_  63-0317E

105-3  {254}    And here He is as a Mediator on the altar, "Just a little longer until there's more has to suffer like you." But now He comes from here at this last Seal. He's no more Mediator; He's King now. And what does He do? If He's a King, He has to have subjects, and His subjects is them that He has redeemed; and they cannot come before Him until He takes the rights of redemption. And now, He walks forth from a Mediator, where death put us in the grave, He comes forth with the rights. Amen.

And even those who are alive and remain till His coming shall not hinder them which are asleep, for the trumpet of God shall sound at that last trumpet, when the last Seal is broke, and when the seventh angel's given his message; the last trumpet shall sound and the dead in Christ shall rise, and we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them to meet Him in the air. He claims... He's come forth now to claim His--His possession.

Watch, look at this. My, broke the Seals, revealed the mysteries... Revealed them where? To the last church age, the only one that's living. The rest of them's sleeping.

BROKEN.CISTERNS_  JEFF.IN  V-5 N-13  SUNDAY_  64-0726E

Let us bow our heads, praying that God will so richly bless each of you that His grace and mercy will be with you through the coming week, and if anything should happen that one of you may slip beyond the veil now, just remember, that it's only a few hours of sleep and rest until we meet. Remember that they which are alive and remain shall not hinder those which are sleeping, for the Trump of God, that last Trumpet (the sixth one has just sounded), and that last Trumpet like the last Seal, will be the coming of the Lord; it shall sound, and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Just resting till that time. And if you should get hurt, remember:

REVELATION.CHAP.FOUR.PT.1_  JEFF.IN  ROJC 551-584  SATURDAY_  60-1231

159    It's the same thing tonight, when a clear sounding voice says, "Sinner, repent, I'll give you Eternal Life." Repent, every one of you, and be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. That's the summons. Nothing uncertain about it.

I'm a witness that it's true. There's other witnesses, millions of them throughout the world today, that's a witness that it's the truth. When the Bible comes, the Words of God, every Word of God is a trumpet. Every sound of the Word is a trumpet, the Gospel trumpet. And when It sounds, it's the truth. When it said, "Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, today, and forever," nothing uncertain about that. He's the same. Yes, sir.

TRUMPET.GIVES.AN.UNCERTAIN.SOUND_  PHOENIX.AZ  MONDAY_  63-0114

E-38    Now, Paul said in the Scriptures, it... Like training a soldier--a soldier to a sound... Now, a soldier's got to learn the sound of his--of the bugle, or the trumpet. He doesn't know if the trumpet goes--blows, whether to--to charge or whether to retreat. If he doesn't know the difference, what kind of a mixed-up army would you have? The enemy would certainly triumph over a bunch of soldiers that was no better trained than that. Amen.

That's what's the matter with our churches today. We're trained them on creeds, different one to the other. We got to be united, We've got to know a trumpet.

"Then which is the trumpet?" they say.

The Gospel trumpet, that's it. The Word of the living God is the Trumpet. Don't mix nothing with it. Don't try to somebody play a French harp, and the other one blow a bugle. Nobody knows what to do. It brings a confusion. And Paul was talking about training a man to a sound. And just as that sound is, he knows exactly what to do, because the bugler has got orders and--from the chief captain. And when he sounds his trumpet the army knows just exactly the place to--to advance, and where to withdraw, and whether to turn right or left, or what to do by the sounding of the trumpet.

THE VOICE LIKE A TRUMPET

Revelation 1:10, "... And heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet." John was in the Spirit, and when he was, he saw the great and wonderful day of the Lord Jesus and all His holy power. The future was about to unfold for God was about to teach him. John did not say it was a trumpet. It was like a trumpet. Now when a trumpet is blown it has an urgency about it. It is like the herald, the king's messenger, coming to the people. He blows on a trumpet. It is an urgent call. The people gather to listen. (Israel was always assembled by the sounding of a trumpet.) Something important is at hand. "Listen to it." So this voice had the same urgency of appeal as did the trumpet. Clear and strong it was, startling and awakening. Oh, that we might hear the voice of God as a trumpet this day, for it is the 'Gospel Trumpet' sounding forth the 'Word of Prophecy' to make us aware of, and prepared for, what is coming upon the earth.
