RESURRECTION.OF.JAIRUS.DAUGHTER_  PHOENIX.AZ  TUESDAY_  54-0302

E-6    And what I read here is His Word. It will never change; It'll never pass away. It's eternally right. Mine may fail, 'cause I'm just a man, speak like any other man, make mistakes and everything. But when He speaks, mark His Words; it's the truth. See?

And this is His Word. Primarily this is--this is the Foundation. And every church, every borned-again person is built upon this Foundation, Jesus Christ, the Chief Cornerstone. And He's the Gate, the Door of entrance to all eternal blessings. He is the Gate, the Door to the sheepfold.

And this Bible is His Word. And if a man, woman, or whoever, speaks anything to be truth that's contrary to the contents of this Bible, it's wrong. That's right. It's absolutely wrong. But if the man speaks, and it's backed up by this Bible, then it's truth. Every word of it's true.

STATURE.OF.A.PERFECT.MAN_  JEFF.IN  V-2 N-18  SUNDAY_  62-1014M

23-4    Now, here's what we do. What's the first thing? Have faith and be borned again; that's laying the foundation. Then after we lay the foundation, secondly, you add to your foundation. "Add to your faith," Peter said here. Add to your... First you have faith, then you add virtue to your faith. This is the next column. First pour your foundation: faith. Then to your faith add virtue.

Now, right there knocks a lot of us down. Yes, sir. Yes, add virtue to your faith. That doesn't just mean living a virgin life, you know, like a woman or man, and so forth. That doesn't have nothing to do with that. The Bible said... We read over here in the Book of Luke where it said, "Virtue went out of Him." Is that right? If we're going to be like Him, we must have virtue then. We must have it to be like Him. If...

POSITION.OF.A.BELIEVER.IN.CHRIST_  PHOENIX.AZ  SUNDAY_  55-0227A

E-33    Look at it, bruised, wounded, tore, opened up His side with a Roman spear in order that by the Holy Spirit we could be baptized into His body, partakers of His Divine nature. You get it? Then you become a partaker, after coming into His body, a partaker of His Divine nature: Christ's nature in you. How can you cheat, steal, lie, backslide, proselyte, everything else with the Divine nature of Christ in you? It's impossible. Let that soak just a few minutes, 'cause it's right...?... If you be a partaker in Christ, then you become a new creature; old things have passed away, and all things have become new. All of our warrings, and fussings, and stewings, and arguings, and pampers, and all these things pass away. You see it?

What is the fruit of the Spirit? We've planted it on church membership, upon shouting, upon demonstrations of our works. But the fruit of the Spirit is first love, love Who? Then is when you love those who are unlovable. That's the Spirit of Christ. Love, joy, peace, long-suffering, goodness, meekness, gentleness, patience, there's the fruit of the Spirit. So no matter what church you belong to, what you have done...

STATURE.OF.A.PERFECT.MAN_  JEFF.IN  V-2 N-18  SUNDAY_  62-1014M

7-4    Now, let that soak real deep now. Not preaching this morning; we're just teaching this lesson. Divine Nature... Let me read that 4th verse again now, so you won't miss it:

Whereby we are given... Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these... (these promises)... we might be partakers of the Divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

See, the world--we've escaped that now. He's addressing this to the church. That's why we're here this morning is to find out what is the way; what is God's requirements? There's not a person in here that loves God, but what wants to become more like Christ. Now, its laid out here. Every Christian... I'm an old veteran. Look at Brother and Sister Kidd here; they're probably oldest in the building. But if I'd ask them, "What is your hearts' desire?" It'd be: "Closer to God." When you learn of Christ, there's something about Him that's so loving, you just try to get right into Him.

STATURE.OF.A.PERFECT.MAN_  JEFF.IN  V-2 N-18  SUNDAY_  62-1014M

11-3    Now, these people are--are... Peter is saying here how that we must be partakers of His Divine nature. Now, each one of us are trying to grow into the stature of God.

Now, after we get through with the Seven Seals, then at that time of the sounding of the Seven Seals, or the loosening... 'Course, we know what a Seal is; it's to loose a ministry, to loose Seven Seals. And we'll see that right on the chart. It's loosening a message, something that's sealed up.

SIGN.OF.HIS.COMING_  CLEVELAND.TN  SATURDAY_  62-0407

E-95    Didn't Joel tell you about it? What the palmerworm left, the caterpillar eaten; what the caterpillar left, the--the--the other locust eaten. See? And that same insect, from palmerworm, to caterpillar, to locust, and so forth, is the same insect only in different stages. And that's Catholicism. What did it do? Eat up the Word. But He said, "I will restore, saith the Lord. I will restore."

How is it? Went plumb down to the stump. That's right. The Roman Catholic church eat up everything that the Bible teaches. Right. They made their own Roman dogmas out of it, even to their communion, their false Holy Ghost, false baptism, false water baptism, everything else. You'll never, never, never get back till you come back to the Life comes out of the stump, and that's the Word of God. Men to be free... It bound them up in an organization and burned them, and killed them, and fed them to lions, and everything, if they didn't join it. That's exactly right.

RESTORATION.OF.BRIDE.TREE_  JEFF.IN  V-3 N-15  SUNDAY_  62-0422

75-1    Now, listen closely. Now, there was... Listen. Now, don't miss this now. There was four death messengers... (Or would you rather we just close? Would you rather...?...) Listen real close now. Look. There was four, four death messengers killed that Tree. Is that right? What was it? Palmerworm, locust, cankerworm, caterpillar. Is that right? Four messengers of Roman devils, dogmas, killed that Tree. One took Its fruit; one took Its bark--or took Its leaves; one took Its bark; one took the Life. Is that right? Four messengers of dogmas killed the Tree, all but the roots. And if four messengers of death killed the Tree, four messengers of Life restores the Tree.

RESTORATION.OF.BRIDE.TREE_  JEFF.IN  V-3 N-15  SUNDAY_  62-0422

75-2    Do you get it? Amen. For God said, "I will restore It." He's going to restore It how? By four death messengers killed It; then four Life messengers will restore It. What was the first? Martin Luther, justification. What was the second? John Wesley--by sanctification. What was the third? Pentecost with the restoration of the gifts, the Holy Ghost, baptism of the Holy Ghost. What was the fourth? The Word. What? The Word.

WHY.AGAINST.ORGANIZED.RELIGION_  JEFF.IN  V-12 N-1  SUNDAY_  62-1111E

Remember, I believe that Martin Luther had the Holy Spirit. Absolutely. Maybe not in the portion It is today, 'cause It wasn't given out. We've been through this, you people of the Tabernacle, here on the blackboard. But he did believe to God, "and he that believeth has Everlasting Life." I never thought there was a person believed that like me till this morning, I heard Charles Fuller as I was going down. He believes too, that the new birth is not the baptism of the Holy Ghost. The new birth is being born. The Holy Ghost is the baptism. See? Uh-huh. All right.

374-1 RESUME.OF.THE.AGES  -  CHURCH.AGE.BOOK CPT.10

We rejoice in this age for this one thing. Reformation had started. It was not a resurrection but a reformation. Neither was it a restoration. But the corn of wheat that had died at Nicaea and had rotted in the Dark Ages, now sent up a shoot of truth signifying that at some future date, at the end of the Laodicean Age, just before Jesus came, the church would go back to being a Wheat Seed Bride again while the tares would be harvested and burned in the lake of fire.

379-2 RESUME.OF.THE.AGES  -  CHURCH.AGE.BOOK CPT.10

It is "Thus saith the Lord" for that is what Joel 2:23-26 says, "Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God: for He hath given you the former rain moderately, and He will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain and the latter rain in the first month. And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil. And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, My great army which I sent among you. And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the Name of the Lord your God, That hath dealt wondrously with you: and My people shall never be ashamed." Now it says God is going to "restore". The Lutheran Age did not restore the church; it started a reformation. The Wesleyan Age did not restore. The Pentecostal Age did not restore. But God has to restore for He cannot deny His Word. This is not the resurrection of the Church; it is the "Restoration". God will take the Church right back to Pentecost of the beginning. Now notice in verse 25 it tells why we need restoration. The locust, cankerworm, caterpillar and palmerworm have eaten all but the root and a small bit of the stem. Now we are told that all these insects are all one and the same in different stages. That is right. They are the antichrist spirit manifested in organization, denomination and false doctrine through the ages. And that poor little root and stalk is going to be restored. God isn't going to plant a new Church, but is going to bring His original planting back to original seed. He is doing it as stated in verse 23, by the teaching, or "former" rain. Next will come the harvest rain or rapturing faith.

380-2 RESUME.OF.THE.AGES  -  CHURCH.AGE.BOOK CPT.10

Now before we close, I want to bring this thought. All along we have been talking about the Seed of Wheat being buried, then sending up two shoots, then the tassel, then the true ear. This might make some wonder if we said that the Lutherans didn't have the Holy Spirit just because they taught basically justification. It might make some wonder about the Methodists, etc. No sir, we are not saying that. We are not talking about the individuals or the people, but the AGE. Luther had the Spirit of God, but his age was not the age of full restoration by another outpouring like in the beginning. It was the same with Wesley, Booth, Knox, Whitefield, Brainard, Jonathan Edwards, Meuller, etc. Surely they were full of the Holy Ghost. Yes, they certainly were. But the age in which each lived was not the age of restoration, neither was any age but this last age, the age of complete black out in apostasy. This is the age of apostasy, and this is the age of restoration, it is the age of the finished cycle. With this, it is all over.

HOW.CAN.I.OVERCOME_  JEFF.IN  V-4 N-12  SUNDAY_  63-0825M

The people so live--people can live a clean, holy life, not be sinful, adulterers, and drinkers, and liars, gamblers; they can live above that and still not with it. This is a--the age of life, personal Life of Christ, where the--the chemicals of His Body, the--the what was in Him; first, under Justification, the water baptism; second, under the new birth of Wesley, sanctification which cleanses; and thirdly, under the baptism of the Holy Spirit, putting that sanctified vessel into service... See? The word "sanctify" means--it's a compound Greek word which means "cleaned and set aside for service." Set aside for service, now the Holy Spirit puts it in service. See?

SEED.NOT.HEIR.WITH.SHUCK_  JEFF.IN  V-6 N-4  THURSDAY_  65-0218

48    Now, we understand also that God is perfected in three. Now, God is perfected in three. Grace is five. Seven is completion, like the world. God is perfected in Father, Son, Holy Ghost. That's the perfection of the Godhead: all one God in three manifestations of three attributes of one office--or three offices in the one Godhead.

Now, there is also three in perfection of the steps of grace to the church: justification, sanctification, baptism of the Holy Ghost. That consists of the new birth. Just like a natural birth is typed by it. Which a woman giving birth to a child, the first thing comes forth is water, blood, then life. The Bible said in I John 5:7--or 7:5, I believe it is--that said, "There are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word (which was the Son), and the Holy Ghost; these three are One. There are three that bear witness in the earth: the Word--the water, blood, and spirit--water, blood, and spirit; these three agree in one."

THIRD.SEAL.THE_  JEFF.IN  WEDNESDAY_  63-0320

251-4  {169}    But then, if the Pentecostal message was the last message which justification, sanctification, the baptism of the Holy Ghost... The last three messages, the last three church ages forms the complete birth. Just like when a woman is having--going to have her baby. The actual first thing happens is water; the next thing's blood; the next thing's life. When they killed Jesus at the cross, the substance come from His body to make up the new--to make up the--the birth. They stuck His side, blood and water came out, and "Into Thy hands I commend My Spirit." What came from His body was water, blood, spirit. I John 5:7 tells you about that.

PHILADELPHIAN.CHURCH.AGE_  JEFF.IN  ROJC 373-423  SATURDAY_  60-1210

The reason I'm saying this this way, so you can see what I mean by the lapover. See? It's from the missionary age of the door. But, you see, He'd--He had told them He had the key of David and so forth. But here He said He had set before the church now, after that age of missionaring, and Whitfield, and--and all those others, and Finney, and Sankey, and Moody on down (Moody being one of the last), come down to now He set a open door before the church. Oh, here's where you have to watch now. It's just in between the Philadelphian and the Laodicean age, lapover.

PHILADELPHIAN.CHURCH.AGE_  JEFF.IN  ROJC 373-423  SATURDAY_  60-1210

141    Now, we find out that in this great revelation that God gave here to the church in this last days, that God sent and reveals Himself the open Door between the two ages. It wasn't in the--the Laodicean age; neither was it in this other age, the Philadelphian age; but it was in between, the lapover, 'cause the... I'll prove it in just a little farther down, and you'll get it. You see? We'll make it rich, so sure that you can't keep from seeing it, if you just want to see it. See? All right.

Now, the revelation of Himself is where He's built His church. How many knows that to be true now? He built His church upon the revelation of Himself.

PHILADELPHIAN.CHURCH.AGE_  JEFF.IN  ROJC 373-423  SATURDAY_  60-1210

143    All right. Now, what did He say? "No man can shut it."

I know Thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door,...

What is the open door? The revelation of the supreme Deity of Jesus Christ. What did He say to His first church back here, back in this age? He said, "I am He that was, which is, and shall come. I am the First and the Last. I am the Almighty." He said it three different times, made Hisself Deity to this first church here; before He went into the last church age, He said, "I've set before you an open door." If you want to see the revelation, here it is, where He'd build His church. And the only way He could take His church, is back to the revelation of what He is. Truly.

PHILADELPHIAN.CHURCH.AGE_  JEFF.IN  ROJC 373-423  SATURDAY_  60-1210

264    Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God,...

Oh, let's just take it word by word here for a minute. Will you bear with me that long, just a little bit? I know it's hot, and you know it's hot up here too. But let's see.

I'll make a... He that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God,...

Pillar... A pillar, or a foundation. Foundation in the temple of the house, or the house of God. "The temple of my God," or, "the house of my God." It's a pillar, the foundation. These are those that took the Word which they heard in verse 8, and went back to the foundation.

PHILADELPHIAN.CHURCH.AGE_  JEFF.IN  ROJC 373-423  SATURDAY_  60-1210

266    Now, let's get Ephesians 2:19, over at the church of Ephesus. You know, you have to go back to Ephesus; that was the beginning. Is the right? All right, let's go back to Ephesus where Paul was, the church that he established. And let's see now where we're at. All right, the church of Ephesus. Let's go back now and see what this foundation is back there, and see what Paul said about the foundation back in that first church age there. Now, he's talking to the Ephesians.

Now, therefore ye are no more strangers or foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

And are built upon the foundation of the... (Lutheran, oh... the Baptist... Now, wait, I got mixed up, didn't I?)... But are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

PHILADELPHIAN.CHURCH.AGE_  JEFF.IN  ROJC 373-423  SATURDAY_  60-1210

268    ... make him a... He that overcome, make him a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out:... (What is that? If he's a pillar, he ain't going out no more. He's the Bride. That's right.)

As Ephesus age had, like Paul taught them in Acts... Now, wait a minute. If you're going to be a pillar... I had another Scripture down here I want to get to you before we get to the Bride. Now, if he's going to be a pillar, you're going back to Ephesus, you're going back to the age that Paul was in. And Paul, the angel of Ephesus, which was the beginning of the church, the foundation, he taught them, "If they were baptized any other way besides the Name of Jesus Christ: had to be baptized over." That's right, Acts 9--or 5:19--or 19:5, rather. In Galatians 1:8, he said if an angel taught anything else, let him be accursed. A...

327-1 LAODICEAN.CHURCH.AGE  -  CHURCH.AGE.BOOK CPT.9

Now this messenger of Malachi 4 and Revelation 10:7 is going to do two things. One: According to Malachi 4 he will turn the hearts of the children to the fathers. Two: He will reveal the mysteries of the seven thunders in Revelation 10 which are the revelations contained in the seven seals. It will be these Divinely revealed 'mystery-truths' that literally turn the hearts of the children to the Pentecostal fathers. Exactly so.

QA.ON.THE.SEALS_  JEFF.IN  SUNDAY_  63-0324M

464-4  {52}    You see, each one of those ages only taken a dip into the Holy Spirit. Justification is a work of the Holy Spirit; sanctification is a work of the Holy Spirit, but the baptism is the Holy Spirit.

That's the reason it took a prophetic prophet to come down, no messenger to the age, 'cause the Holy Ghost came Himself in His fullness of the baptism. But at the end of the age, as it always ends upon the others, we find there then, the messenger sent; and all these scruples and things are to be placed in their places (See?), like that. Then the rapture comes for the Church.

But as many is writing all these different things: the sun turning to darkness, the moon... They put that way back there in the Christian age. They just failed to see them three questions was asked our Lord there (See?), when He answered them.

TRYING.TO.DO.GOD.A.SERVICE_  JEFF.IN  V-4 N-8  SUNDAY_  65-0718M

165    Notice how great God is, how great His works are, how He can never fail. Now, God has a provided and original way to do things, and He'll never do it contrary to that.

Now, He promised in the last days that what He would do. And He sent them--us a Message, and this Message would have the same identification as Elijah had, as Elisha had, as John the Baptist had. And It would turn the hearts of the people, not to the denomination, but back to the original, apostolic fathers, back to the Word. And how these things have been a-vindicated. How that in the sounding of the last angel, Revelations 10: In the days of the seventh angel these mysteries that's all been... Why did the Methodists do this, and the Baptists, and the Church of Christ, and the Jehovah Witness, all do that? Them mysteries will be revealed in the last days when the seven angels--seventh angel's Message, when he, not when he starts out doing this, but when he begins to sound his Message. See? Not the years in preparation, but the--when he begins to sound the Message, these mysteries then will be revealed. And here they are, not knowing them, and you people are a witness of that. And then in that great observatory--so that the world will be in doubt--they're still wondering what happened.

WORKS.IS.FAITH.EXPRESSED_  SHREVEPORT.LA  V-7 N-1  FRIDAY_  65-1126

293    But remember, Abraham wasn't in Sodom; he was already called out. And there was One stayed and talked to him. And the One stayed and talked to him, showed him a sign. With His back turned, He said Sarah was going to have the baby that he'd waited on. Amen. With His back turned... And he called It God, Elohim.

Now, that brings to pass today, because we have faith. And I know this is of God, is because this and other Scriptures point to this hour. Revelations 10 said that in the hour of the seventh angel's message, when he begins to sound forth his message, not in a healing service, but the message that follows the healing service...

FEAST.OF.THE.TRUMPETS_  JEFF.IN  V-3 N-16  SUNDAY_  64-0719M

11-3    Now, if I come with the message of Pentecost, I'd be in the Laodicean church age, and it wouldn't be right. That's the reason that Wesley could not take Luther's message. Luther was in one age--church age, and Wesley was in another church age. If Jesus would've come in the--with the message of Moses, it would not have worked. If Moses would've come with the message of Noah, it would not have worked.

But God has 'lotted to His--His people of every age a Scripture; and before the age can come into existence, into time, then the churches has got it so mixed up that they--they don't know where they're at.
