EXPLAINING.HEALING.AND.JAIRUS_  WOOD.RIVER.IL  TUESDAY_  54-0216

E-52    Now, if Jesus was standing here with this suit on, and this woman standing here. Now, what would you think He would do first? Now, He couldn't heal her, because He's already done that. You see? When He died at Calvary, He did that. How many believes that? Let's see you hands. That's the Scripture. "By His stripes, we were (past tense) healed." And every person in the world was forgiven of their sins when Jesus died at Calvary, but it'll never do you any good 'less you accept it. That right? He's the Lamb of God that take away the sin of the world. "It is finished," He said at Calvary. Watch. "He was wounded (was, past tense) wounded for our transgressions, bruised for our iniquity, chastisement of our peace upon Him; with His stripes we were healed." It's already done. In the sight of God it's all over.

Now, just as we accept it, we draw dividends. See? Like a check book with His Name signed on the bottom of every one; just fill it out, and send it in. See if the Father won't recognize His Son's Name. See?

JESUS.CHRIST.THE.SAME_  MACON.GA  FRIDAY_  55-0603

E-6    Now, that's the Gospel, friends, as clear as I know it. Now, it's the individual. Now, maybe say, "Well, what's the use in preaching?" That's what a minister's for. God sent preachers to preach the Word. When you hear It, search it, see it's the truth, accept it. Now, the preacher doesn't save you. His message doesn't save you. Your personal faith in a risen Lord Jesus is what saves you. No matter how much you'd cry. How loud you would holler. How much you would take on. It'll never save you until you believe it with all your heart, and stand up, and confess it. For He's the High Priest of our confession, Hebrews 3, or what we confess He's the High Priest to make intercessions upon what we confess is the truth.

Anything that was included in the atonement is the personal property of every believer. When a man gets saved or a women, boy, or girl, God gives them a check book, as it was, with Jesus' Name at the bottom of every check for anything redemptive blessing that Jesus died for. It's your personal property. Don't be afraid to fill it out. The bank of heaven will recognize it.

Jesus said, "Whatsoever things you desire when you pray, believe you receive it. Whatever you ask the Father in My Name that I will do," the unlimited unsearchable riches of Jesus Christ in that promise.

HEAR.YE.HIM_  SASKATOON.SASK  SUNDAY_  57-0519A

E-39    Now, I want you to notice. What a beautiful thing, when this son was adopted, and the ceremony was said, and the people stood by to witness, then that father adopting that son into his own family, to which he was borned... See now? You're born, when you are borned again in the Spirit of God, then you are adopted or placed into the body of Christ, positionally.

And with the--this adoption taken place, that boy's name was just as good on the check as his daddy's was. Everything the father had was his. Read the Old Testament adoption laws and find out if that's right or not. It certainly is. That son could walk down the street, and this fellow wasn't doing right, he could say, "Here. Straighten up." That meant so if he fired the man, he was fired. If he wrote a check and paid this off, the bank will recognize the check. Just his name was just as good as his father after he'd been adopted, not because he was born, because he was adopted or placed.

And God's is trying today to make His church stand still long enough that He could place them into their position. But men teachers are making it, "Oh, hallelujah, we're all this. We're all that." Oh, my, what a conglomeration, a mess is done. It's a placing.

HEAR.YE.HIM_  MIDDLETOWN.OH  FRIDAY_  58-0328

E-33    Then when he proved to be a true son, here's what the father did: He took him out into a public place in the street. And then he took this son, and set him up, and he clothed him with a robe, a special robe for this special occasion. And then there was a ceremony read. And this father adopted his own son into his family. And then anything that that son did was answered by the father. The son's name was just as good on the check as his father's was, because he was positionally placed in that family.

And that's what it is. When we receive the Holy Ghost, it just isn't to jump-and-down and shout with. It isn't just to speak with tongues or run over the floor. It isn't to organize a group and say, "We got it, and the rest of you haven't." It's to work with love and humility as Christ come to do with. "This will all men know you are My disciples, when you have love one for another."

HEAR.YE.HIM_  YAKIMA.WA  SATURDAY_  60-0806

E-54    Now, listen now, the brethren's setting here, if that boy was a good boy, there come a certain day (Oh, my.), a certain day, till there was a ceremony held for that boy. And that boy was taken out into the public square and was put on a certain royal robe. And they performed, the father did, performed the performance of adoption. And he adopted his own son, that had been born.

Now, when you receive the Holy Ghost, that's one thing you're born, but now for the ceremony of adoption. Then he adopted this boy into his family, and they had a ceremony. Now, if they'd write checks, anything that boy did, was just as good--his name was just as good on the check as his father's, after that adoption. He was heir after the adoption.

HEAR.YE.HIM_  YAKIMA.WA  SATURDAY_  60-0806

E-55    Well, that's where the church needs to be tonight. It needs to be to a place that God will call you off somewhere, and throw His glory over you, spread His power upon you, adopt you and place you (glory,) into the body where when you speak, something happens. That's what the church is needing tonight. But if we--our character goes down instead of going up, how's He going to do it? We've got to continue to believe every work of God, and seek after righteousness, and do that which is right in the sight of God, daily calling on Him, and daily about His work, getting others to come into church, trying to get somebody to come serve the Lord. All the people you work for, the milkman, the--the postal man, and--and the--the ice man, and whoever it is, all you come in contact with, speak to them about the Lord. Speak it with seasonable words, sweetly, that--don't jump onto them; just speak it with sweetness, that they'll say, "Say, that lady's a real lady. She spoke to me about the Lord. That man, I've never seen such a man. He's the nicest man I ever met. You know, I'd like to have his religion."

That's what they think about his religion. But a religion is a covering. That's right. And our covering is not, "We are Methodist, Baptist, Presbyterian, Pentecostal." Our covering is the Blood of Jesus Christ. That's our covering, our religion.

JEHOVAH.JIREH_  LONG.BEACH.CA  THURSDAY_  61-0209

E-45    When God saves a man, He gives him a whole big check book. Now at the bottom it's got everything... the Name of Jesus wrote on it at the bottom of the check book. "Whatever you ask in My Name, that will I do." Abraham's seed believes that. Just fill out the check and send it in. The deposit's already made. It's in the bank.

How did it come through? Not through your righteousness, but through the righteousness of the righteous royal Seed, Christ. He was the one put the deposit in there. The deposit's in the bank. I believe it, don't you? Then don't be afraid to write out the check. The bank will pay it off. The bank of heaven will pay off every check. Yes, sir.

First thing it has to go through the clearing house. That's right, to see if you really believe it or not. If you believe it, it'll pass the clearing house, don't worry about that. And the funds will return to you just as soon as she passes through the clearing house. That's right. If down in your heart you truly believe that's the promise of God, and you've accepted it in your heart, asked for it in the Name of Jesus Christ, it's coming back. God promised so. That's a heir. We're heirs of salvation and joint heirs with Him. And we're heirs with Abraham, because we are Abraham's seed.

ABRAHAM'S.GRACE.COVENANT_  MIDDLETOWN.OH  FRIDAY_  61-0317

E-56    Go back in Galatians the 4th chapter and pick it up there. Paul talking there. He placed that son. What did He do. He had a ceremony of adoption placing that son. And then after he seen that son was going to do it, he's going to keep the promise, nobody's going to keep him from it, he's just like his daddy, he going to stay right with it (Cut and let the chips fall wherever they want to.), he pulls no punches... And he says, "I can put trust in that boy." So he forms... performs adoption. And what does he do? After he performed the adoption, that child is a placed son then in the father's kingdom and has full, equal rights to it. In otherwise, if he wrote a check, his name is just as good on the check, as his daddy's was. Then he's adopted, or placed.

God did the same thing to Jesus upon Mount Transfiguration when He... What did He do? He overshadowed Him, taken Him up in a public place, taken three witness: Peter, James, and John. Brought two witnesses from heaven to show... Three is a witness. And when He overshadowed Him and His raiment, His pretty robe before Him, the glorified condition, shined like the sun in it's strength. Is that right? And a voice came from heaven said, "This is My beloved Son, hear ye Him." Amen. "I've placed Him positionally. That's My Son. What He says, I'll back up. He's kept My Word. He's fought through all these denominations and everything else and kept the faith. He's pulled no punches. He been true. He's always about My work. When people look at Him, they see Me. This is My Son, hear ye Him."

Did He just promise that to Him? No. Through Him come the seed of Abraham by the same thing. Fourth and fifth chapter, God took Abraham out, and placed the adoption upon him, and changed his name (Glory.) from Abram to Abraham. Abraham comes from the word of "Elohim," God's own name. He associated his name with God's name. God is Elohim. How many knows that? The great Jehovah, Elohim, the all-sufficient One, the self-existing One, Elohim.

And what did He do? He took the H-E-M off of His name and placed it onto Abraham's name, because he was A-bra-ham. God is the Father of all, and Abraham is father of nations. Glory. Elohim, Father of all: Abraham, father of nations. Placing positionally. Glory. That's after His church received the Holy Ghost. After they'd went through the testings. See, Pentecost missed that. They organized themself and couldn't get any farther. Then when God does a certain thing, say, "Ah, ha. Stay away from it, see. Our church don't teach that." Go ahead. But here's what He done to Abraham. To Abraham and his seed after him.

CONFERENCES_  BLOOMINGTON.IL  MONDAY_  61-0410

E-63    Every son that comes to God must be tested, tried. In the Old Testament a son was born in a family, but he had to be tutored and raise up and tried. And then he was placed as a son, or adoption--placed into the body, or in... Then when he was placed, once placed, then his name was just as good on the check as his father's was. He was heir of all things. That's where God is bringing His church, giving them a testing.

There laid the Red Sea right in the path of duty. What could they do? Now, it looked like that all nature was crying for them. There was Pharaoh's army a-coming, the chariots. Here was the mountains on either side. The Red Sea had them trapped. Looked like it was a... looked like nature would have screamed, with that great army of two and a half million people down there in that valley--helpless, no swords, nothing to fight with. So what happened? There was emergency on, and Moses selected a certain rock and went in behind it and called a conference. I like that. "What must I do, Lord?"

BLASPHEMOUS.NAMES_  JEFF.IN  V-3 N-21  SUNDAY_  62-1104M

25-4    Moses represented the law. The prophets represented His justice. We could not live by His law. We could not live by His justice. I don't ask justice; I want mercy, not justice. I can't keep His law, and I can't meet His justice; but I need His mercy. And God said the law and justice has been met in Him. "He's My beloved Son. Hear ye Him. That's Him; that's the One."

Now, in the Old Testament when that son was adopted or placed into the family, his name was just as good on the check as his daddy's was. Yes, sir. They didn't have a... They had a ring in them days, a--a sign, signet; and they'd spit on it [Brother Branham makes a spitting sound and hits the pulpit with his fist--Ed.], place it. That was a signet. That was just a... He wore his daddy's ring, his--his signet; and that was just as good as his daddy's. Now, when Jesus had been obedient, Jesus to God, God placed Him positionally: "This is Him."

Now, when the member is born by the Holy Ghost into the family of God and has proven to have these virtues in him, that God can see virtue, knowledge, temperance, patience, brotherly kindness, and godliness in him, then God seals him or places him. And there, that's when you see the sons and daughters of God.
