Remember, there was the sign of Sodom. But the messenger, of Malachi 4, is to get the people's hearts back to the fathers, the Pentecostal fathers, back to the Bible. Now this messenger of Malachi 4 and Revelation 10:7 is going to do two things. One: According to Malachi 4 he will turn the hearts of the children to the fathers. Two: He will reveal the mysteries of the seven thunders in Revelation 10 which are the revelations contained in the seven seals. It will be these Divinely revealed 'mystery-truths' that literally turn the hearts of the children to the Pentecostal fathers. Exactly so.

E-14 It appears first in Genesis 3:15, if you want to put some Scriptures down, the promised seed of the woman, which was to be the anointed One. All through the Scriptures all the prophets speak of that coming One, the anointed King. I like that word "anointed," God anointing One. And He was to be a King Who was to lead Israel to freedom from all the nations, and make them rulers over the nations. The anointed King was to do that.
I believe that Jesus of Nazareth fulfilled every description that all the prophets spoke of to be the Messiah. I believe that in Isaiah 9:6... When Israel had asked for a sign, God said, "I'll give them an everlasting sign," a sign... an eternal sign, one that would be forever. Said, "A virgin shall conceive." That'll be a sign. "And that One that'll be borned of her, His Name shall be called Counselor, the Prince of Peace, the mighty God and the everlasting Father." And I believe that Jesus met every description of every promise that Jehovah made as the coming King and Messiah.
No matter how greatly... Many believed that He was defeated in His work; He still is King. He is a King now. He's King of saints. Revelation says so, "Thou King of saints..." He has a Kingdom. Aren't you glad you belong in that dominion tonight, in the dominion of the Anointed One? Not only that, but He's made us kings and priests unto God, anointed ones unto God.

Now, when He wa--He come, we find out in the beginning of His ministry, that after He was taken the--the seed of David, spiritually speaking, the--when the Holy Spirit come upon Him at the baptism of John, and He become the Anointed Messiah... Now, remember, He was the Son of God when He was borned. He was God's virgin-born Son. But when He become Messiah, that's when the Holy Spirit come on Him, 'cause the "Messiah" means the "anointed one." See? And He was the Anointed One when the Holy Spirit came on Him. You heard me preach on the Lamb and Dove. Then we find out when He... After His forty days of temptation, He came out.

E-26 Notice, the first thing He did after His temptation in the wilderness, He came forth as the anointed Messiah, the Messiah, the Christ. "Christ" means "The Anointed One." He was born "Jesus" the man, but when the Holy Ghost came into Him, He was the anointed Messiah. The Bible said, "God was in Christ, reconciling Himself to the world." God, living in Him, the Fullness of the Godhead was in Him. "God poured all He was into Christ; Christ poured all He was into the Church."
On the day of Pentecost when they were assembled together, when that Pillar of Fire came down, It divided with cloven tongues and set upon each of them, showing that God was dividing Himself among His people. That's the reason I stand the way I do today between the churches; we've got to come together. The more we are together, the more God there is present. Not as I'm against the denominations or so forth, no; but don't, a barrier, a fence. We're all children of God by the new birth.

41-3 Some people gets the wrong impression of what the anointing is. Did you ever think of that? When was the greatest anointing ever give to anyone, and what did they do when they had the anointing? The greatest anointing that was ever give to anyone was Jesus Christ. We have the Spirit by measure. He had It without measure.
And one day He entered into the temple, and picked up the Scroll, and read, said, "The Spirit of God is upon Me, for He has anointed Me to preach the acceptable year, to bind up the broken hearts, to heal the sick, give sight to the blind."
And now, we would think, if such anointing was on Him, that'd been prophesied eight hundred years before that It would come, and here He was with that type of anointing, the full blessing and anointing of the Lord upon Him, we would want to run all over the building, scream and holler. But the Bible said, "He laid down the Scroll, and set down, and precious words proceeded from His mouth." That's what He done under the anointing.
The anointing is not emotions. The anointing is supreme power in control, like knowing exactly what and how (See?), and that's what's here.

55-1 Christ has mercy. The law put you in jail, but couldn't get you out. The prophets is God's justice to condemn you and kill you for it. That's right. But Jesus is God's love and revelation to let know to a predestinated seed that He had called you. "This is Him; hear Him."
No, the Fullness of Godhead is made known. This secret of mystery is now revealed, that God is manifested. God and man become One. The anointed Man, Christ... What does Christ mean? "The anointed One," the Anointed that was anointed with the Fullness of the Godhead bodily. Oh, my. How can people doubt it?

I'm trying to show you, that you, when you raised--when God raised Jesus from the dead, He raised up you also, and also quickened to Life with Him (You are now quickened to Life.), although then you were but an attribute in His thoughts, but God had saw all in Him at the finish. See?
When God looked down upon the body... (The Spirit left Him in the Garden of Gethsemane; He had to die a man.) Remember friends, He didn't have to do that. That was God. God anointed that flesh, which was human flesh, and He didn't have... If He'd went up there as God, He'd have never died that kind of death; can't kill God. But... He didn't have to do it, but remember, He went there with you in Him. See? God had never separated the Bride from the Groom yet. So when God looked down upon the Body of Christ, He saw both male and female. It was all redeemed in that one Body. See? They are one, the same, same Word. the same Word spoke of the Groom speaks of the Bride.

E-8 Now, what is it? Christ coming to His body. Christ is the Word. We all know the anointing is Christ, that comes on the Word that makes the Word live. Is that right? That is the anointing. Christ is the anointing, the Spirit that comes upon the Word, that quickens the Word to make it live. Now, the Word is in your heart. You believe in Divine healing, whatevermore. See?
And Christ, the anointing, coming to His body (See the--the connection there?), just like husband and wife become one. Now, the church has got to get to the ministry until the church and Christ become one. He can anoint you for every blessing that's in the Bible. All of it is yours. 84 I wonder if this great thing, this Ecumenical Council that we got in the world today, and the World Council of Churches forming together make us all one, I wonder if they realize that that is exactly what the Scriptures said they would do. But they think it's the most wonderful thing in the world, that all of us can join hands and be one. Said, "Jesus prayed that we might be one." That is true. But not that kind of one.
He said, "Be one as I and the Father are One." Yeah, be that kind of One. Then how will that be? The Word in us would be the anointed Word. That is the oneness of God. See, the oneness of God is the Word anointed in you. See? And then you become a son, a messiah of the age.

Oh, brother, give me a church full of the Holy Ghost. God will do in one year what all theology's failed to do in two thousand years. You wait till the anointing of the church really strikes home to that faithful the little remnant. After the doors of the Gentiles is closed, oh, God will anoint a church then. "He who's filthy, let him be filthy still. He who's righteous let him be righteous still, and he who's holy let him be holy still." He's promised to do it, and the Message is to bring back the Word--bring the people back to the Word. Birth is to be... She's to be delivered of a new birth from--according to Malachi 4.

116 Now, to anoint the most Holy. Now, this may be a little bit strange for just a minute to many of you teachers, but I--just hold it just for a minute; let's see how it comes out.
This is the anointing, not of a man... Jesus is already anointed. Is that right? The Book of Acts said that God anointed Jesus with the Holy Ghost, and He went around doing good, and healing the sick, and so forth. Jesus is already... He is Messiah; and "Messiah" means "the anointed one." Is that right? But here at the end time He's to anoint the most Holy.
What is the most Holy? To my way of seeing it, which I believe I can prove it by the Scripture, is to anoint the most Holy, which will be the Tabernacle that'll be used during the millennium (Now listen, and see why I get it) described in Ezekiel the--the 4th chapter the--no, I mean, the 43rd chapter 1st and 6th verse. Let's go back to Ezekiel and find out how he's--pictures in the millennium, how they will anoint the... Ezekiel 43, and let's just read a little bit here now and see what he's going to do in this millennium, anointing... Ezekiel 43 (All right.) and now, let's begin with the 1st to the 6th verse. You can read the whole thing after you get home, of course, you that's putting it down, Ezekiel 43.
