LEVITICUS 23:1-5

1     ¶  And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

LEVITICUS 23:2

2    Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, [Concerning] the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim [to be] holy convocations, [even] these [are] my feasts.

LEVITICUS 23:3

3    Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day [is] the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work [therein]: it [is] the sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings.

LEVITICUS 23:4

4     ¶  These [are] the feasts of the LORD, [even] holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.

LEVITICUS 23:5

5    In the fourteenth [day] of the first month at even [is] the LORD'S passover.

I CORINTHIANS 5:7-8

7     ¶  Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:

I CORINTHIANS 5:8

8    Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened [bread] of sincerity and truth.

FUTURE.HOME_  JEFF.IN  V-3 N-5  SUNDAY_  64-0802

31-4    Let's go to Leviticus, back in the 23rd chapter of Leviticus. I want you to notice in Leviticus where we was at last Sunday, or last... This what give me the idea right here. The 23rd chapter of Leviticus and the 26th verse. Now remember, there is seven feast days: the feast of trumpets, the feast of the tabernacles, the feast of the sheaf waving, the--all this. There's seven great feast days that was only a type of the seven Church Ages. And you remember how many sabbaths there was between one and the other? See, seven sabbaths between Pentecost and the trumpets, which was seven church ages. And there was seven feast days that represents the seven Church Ages. Keep your numbers running.

GOD'S.PROVIDED.WAY_  CONNERSVILLE.IN  SATURDAY_  53-0613

E-24    I can notice Moses before the great separation time. Before death come to strike the land, God made a way of escape for those who believed: said, "Go out and get a male lamb. Keep it up fourteen days." Perfect type of Christ. First one from the old mother ewe, must be a male kept up fourteen days to be proved. It couldn't have a blemish.

Christ, the same thing, first One from the mother, virgin, and was tried... Even Pontius Pilate said, "I find no fault in Him." No one could find it.

Judas Iscariot said, "I've betrayed innocent Blood."

That pagan wife back there of Pilate, had a dream and sent the--the boy down from the palace. I can see Pilate standing there just ready to pronounce judgment upon Jesus. I hear a horse come running, galloping up there. A boy jumps off and runs up, falls down by the side of the--his master; raised up and give him a piece of paper. He looks at it. I can see his face turn white, knees go to flopping together. Let's look over his shoulder and see what it says.

END.TIME.THE_  PHOENIX.AZ  SUNDAY_  54-0307A

E-46    Notice, these two coming now, out of Genesis. Let's bring them up. There he was, Cain, as soon as he seen that God blessed Abel, he become jealous. Is that right?

A religious worshipper becoming jealous... Now, Cain died, but not his spirit. Then he come over and killed his brother. Is that right? Perfect type of Judas and Jesus again. See?

Let's bring them on farther. We could bring it on through to the ark, all the way. But I want to get something to you before it's time to get away.

Notice, let's bring them on up through the Bible. Watch. In the days God called Israel out of Egypt, perfect type of the Church. And when he already come out, God that night give Israel a command, buy a lamb. Kept up fourteen days, must be found without a blemish, and was killed in the evening time.

TOKEN.THE_  JEFF.IN  V-2 N-19  SUNDAY_  63-0901M

9-3    The lamb was killed in the evening time after being kept up for fourteen days. And then the lamb was killed, and the blood was applied in the evening time. You get it?

The token never come into existence until the evening time. And this is the evening time of the age that we live in. This is the evening time for the--for the church. This is the evening time for me. This is the evening time of my message. I'm dying; I'm going; I'm moving out in the evening time of the Gospel.

GOD'S.CHOSEN.PLACE.WORSHIP_  JEFF.IN  V-5 N-7  SATURDAY_  65-0220

72    He must also be without a blemish, as I said. No denomination can claim that. If they do, they're antichrist.

Now, we find out here, notice His shadow again. The--the Lamb is to be kept up (Now, this is found in Exodus 12, if you're marking it down, Exodus 12:3-6.), the lamb must be kept up four days to be tried to see if it's worthy to go to the sacrifice yet. Must be took--examined over and over for four days to see if there's a blemish on it, see if there's any sickness in it, see if there's anything wrong with the lamb. It must be kept up four days.

Now, I know, somebody might've thought that was a little bit--killed on the 14th, but you remember, they took the lamb on the 10th day of the month and killed it on the 14th day of the month (See?), which was kept up for four days.

Now, Jesus, God's Name Lamb, went into Jerusalem and never came out again until after His death, burial, and resurrection. He was kept up under critics for four days and four nights. How perfect that Lamb was typed. Kept up for four days. That's when Pilate said, "I can find no fault in Him."

COMMUNION_  JEFF.IN  ER 21-34  THURSDAY_  57-0418

17    And communion was held first way down in Egypt, the first of the communion, which was the--the passover lamb that was slain, which was the type of Christ. And many of us are familiar with that blessed old story of how that they who took the communion down there, walked through the wilderness for forty years. And when they come out, there wasn't a feeble one among them. And their--even their clothes was not even threadbare; for forty years God had kept them.

What a blessed assurance it is to us tonight; if that be the type, then Christ is the Antetype. And how that God delivered the children...

COMMUNION_  JEFF.IN  ER 21-34  THURSDAY_  57-0418

19    And, in the taking of the communion, was the difference between life and death. Those who were on the inside under the shed blood took the communion. No one could take the communion outside being under the shed blood. The blood of the lamb was shed first, and then was put on the lintel and the doorpost. The lintel is the cross timber. And on the doorpost... And then the lamb was roasted, and was--and--and was eaten with bitter herbs. And they girded themselves. After the blood was shed, and they had passed under the shed blood, they were girded and ready for the march.

And now, it's a very beautiful type tonight of people who take communion is not to be associated or affiliated with things of the world anymore. They must come under the Blood first and be cleansed from all sin (which is unbelief), and then be shod with the preparation of the Gospel, having on the whole armor of God, ready for the summons at anytime.
