11 And I do believe in Divine healing; it's one of the great doctrines of the Bible. But Divine healing has more to it than just Divine healing. Divine healing only says that there is a God Who's coming again. What does Divine healing speak of? It's the earnest of our resurrection. If there's no Divine healing then there is no resurrection. See? And if there is no Holy Spirit now to baptize us, there is no Eternal Life in the world to come.

The Bible said, "This is the earnest of our salvation." And you know what the earnest is? Is the down payment. See? If you go down and pay each... Say you bought a farm; they wanted ten thousand dollars for it, and you paid two thousand, that's your "earnest money," they call it the earnest of it. Now, if this baptism of the Holy Spirit is just the earnest on what's coming, oh, what will it be when we--when we get the full price? It'll be glorious.

Well, that's the way it is with Divine healing. When Jesus dealt with sickness or sin at Calvary, He had to deal with the head of it, which was sin. And doing so, He dealt with sickness with it. He didn't have just to cut off the paw; He just killed the head and taken care of the rest of it. So Jesus come to bring to the human race, everything that--that Adam's race was--that Adam's sin destroyed in the garden of Eden. And now, we have the attributes or the earnest of our eternal salvation as we accept Christ as our Saviour or Christ as our Healer. We have those earnest money of our entire redemption when He comes.

We're tempted. All of us are tempted. All of us sin. There's none without sin. Every day you sin. Paul said he had to die daily. And if we say we sin--and have no sin, then the Bible says we make God to lie. And we could not do that. So we sin daily. And it's grace, God's grace, that saves us.

If you've been redeemed, how can you be redeemed a second time? You've already been redeemed. If you had something in a pawn shop, and went, and--and give a receipt, and you got a receipt that you redeemed that thing from the pawn shop, how can you redeem it the second time? It's already been redeemed. So we are a redeemed product of God's grace. Praise be to His holy Name. He's a... We are redeemed now, physically and spiritually.

Now, what's happened? We are now drawing the earnest of our salvation. And if there is no earnest money down for Divine healing, then there is no resurrection. If there isn't a joy and a new life that makes new nature and a new person, then there is no Eternal Life. We--we will have a end someday. But if we got Eternal Life, It has no end, because that's God's Life. And then if we have the joy of that in our hearts, and we know that we've passed from death to Life, and our lives shapes up with what God promised, then we've got the earnest of our salvation, knowing that we will live forever, because the attributes of His Spirit is working through us. And then, if there is no Divine healing, then there is no resurrection. See? So we must have both witnesses, as both are--complete Eternal Life, and for our resurrected body.

72 Like you women claiming you got Holy Ghost and going out here and wearing shorts and things, how could you do it? How could the Spirit of God in you ever let you do such a thing as that? It just can't be so. Certainly it can't be. He's not a filthy spirit; He's a holy Spirit.

And then when you become subject to that Spirit, it throws your whole being subject to that Spirit. And that Spirit is nothing in the world but this Seed Word made manifest, or quickened (Hallelujah.), made alive. And when the Bible said, "Don't do this," that body quickly turns to it; there's no question. And what is it? It's the earnest of the resurrection. This body will be raised up again, because it's already started. It was once subject to sin, and mire, and corruption, but now it's got the earnest; it's turned heavenly. Now, that's the earnest that you're going in the rapture. It's the earnest.

A sick person laying dying, nothing left but death, that's all can happen. I've seen the shadows of people done eat up with cancer and tuberculosis, and see them persons a little while after that perfectly normal and strong. If there is no Divine healing then there's no resurrection, 'cause Divine healing is the earnest of the resurrection. Amen.

You know what the earnest money is don't you? It's the down payment. "He was wounded for our transgressions; with His stripes we're healed."

Died, ascended on high (You believe it?) and sent back spiritual gifts to the Church, making a provided way. And this joy that we have in our hearts now, is only the down payment, the earnest money, on what it will be when we're fully redeemed. And this Divine healing we have now is the earnest on our redemption of our body. We are redeemed. God made a provided Sacrifice.
