ROMANS 12:9

9    [Let] love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

  10    [Be] kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

EXPERIENCES.3_  PHOENIX.AZ  SUNDAY_  47-1221

E-4    We need people, who have no churches here, who's struggling. My advice would be for you to stand at your post of duty just as loyal as you can to the cause of Christ, and back up your minister and everything that's--that's--that's going on, and--for the cause of Christ. And do that, and God will bless you. The only way that you can respect God is to respect one another. Is that right?

If you want somebody to say something good about you, you say something good about somebody else; they'll say something good about you. Cast your bread upon the water; it will return to you. As the brother said in Canada the other day said, "Yes, Brother Branham buttered it." So that's about right. You see, if you'll just cast it upon the water, it'll return buttered. That's the way, 'cause I'm...?... So you do... You do unto others as you'd have them do unto you. So that's a good thing to live by.

CONFERENCE.WITH.GOD_  JEFF.IN  SUNDAY_  59-1220M

E-16    So you see, beyond any controversy, God is in His people. Then we ought to respect one another. We ought to love one another. Beyond our denominational barriers, we ought to love one another anyhow, no matter if we cannot agree.

Maybe the apostles, they couldn't agree. They wanted to know who's going to be the greatest, and many things. John, Mark, and--and Paul there, they had a... Peter and Paul had a disagreement.

But the bonds of love... That's what we're trying to contend for today. To all Methodists, Baptists, Presbyterian, Lutheran, whatever it is, we're all together as a Christian unit.

Now, we're trying to get filled with the Spirit to move up closer to God. That's the vision.

SHOW.US.THE.FATHER.AND.IT.WILL.SATISFY_  YAKIMA.WA  SUNDAY_  60-0731

E-64    Now, we find God was in Moses. God was in Elijah. There was Elijah, a man laying back out in the--the cave out there. The Shunammite woman that he had blessed, and she had a baby, and the baby died, and Elijah come on the scene. Elijah was a man of God. When he come in, the baby was laying on his bed. First, Elijah knew that he was a man of God. He didn't brag about it, and pop off about it, but he knew he was a man of God. So he had had've walked on this old stick, and he said, told to Gehazi, "Take that stick and go lay it on the baby." He knew that everything he touched was blessed, because God was in him, if he'd get the woman to believe the same thing...

That's the way the woman touched border of the--of Jesus' garment. Because she knowed He was a godly Man, that God dwelt in His people. And she knew if God was in Elijah, surely He was in Jesus. She knew that...

If we pentecostal people could respect one another like that, knowing that we'd never talk about one another, we'd be brothers, we'd be sisters, there'd never be no disgrace amongst us, if we could recognize one another what we are as sons and daughters of God, and God dwells in His church, in His people. Certainly it is. God's in His people. You believe that?

QA.HEBREWS.PART.3_  JEFF.IN  COD  SUNDAY_  57-1006

331-768    What is it? Our nation has come so little until they've even taken the jobs away from the men, and put women out here in these places, till ninety percent of them, nearly, are prostitutes. And talk about man being gone, sure, it's because they got women out there in their jobs. And they got so lowdown till they put women as peace officers on the street. That's a disgrace to any nation. Yes, sir. What are you going to do about it?

"What do you do about it, Brother Branham?" I have to respect it; I'm an American citizen. I do what the big boss says do. If I ever... If a--if a family ever loses its respect for the family (the children lose the respect to the parents), that family's tore to pieces. If a--if a church ever loses respect of its pastor, why it--it--it--that church is gone. And if a nation ever loses their respect of the Supreme Court and its decisions, that nation is gone to pieces. That's exactly right. We've got to respect those things, because they're the big boss. See? But it isn't right in the beginning. Absolutely.

RESPECTS_  JEFF.IN  V-13 N-4  SUNDAY_  61-1015E

131    If they'd have been taught reverence and respect, they'd have walked out there before that prophet of God and have asked for prayer for themselves. But they had been taught to snicker and laugh and to make fun about like the children of today. No, too many of them today would make fun at a street meeting; they'd make fun at the preaching of the Gospel.

So Elijah cursed them in the Name of the Lord. Not because of the children, but because of the irreverent parents that'd brought the children up that way to disrespect God. Two she bears come out and killed forty-two of them. Now, that's irreverence. God demands respect. When they disrespected His prophet, they disrespected Him; no matter if they didn't believe, they ought to kept their mouth shut, stay away from it. But no, they had to put in their nickel's worth. They had to say something that they ought not have said. And what happened to them?
