I said, "Yes sir." I said, "What I want to know, why didn't all of them go? There's some
more shavings there."
He said,
"Well, you see, sir, they're aluminum. They're not magnetized to it."

said, "Say, what's the matter with you?"
I said,
"Don't get excited. I haven't hurt anyone yet." And I said, "Why
didn't that piece of metal go there? "
Why, he
said, "Sir, it's bolted down."
I said,
"Glory."
He said,
"What's the matter with you? "
I said, "I'm thinking about a great big magnet, setting yonder in
the sky. That's a dynamo of the Holy Ghost." And there's
people down here being magnetized. If you want to be aluminum or
shackled down with some creed, go ahead. But there's some people magnetized to it. And
someday God's going to press the button. That magnet's coming down, and she's
going yonder over to be made. Hallelujah. Amen. They'll go to the cupola of
God's refinery and be made creatures in Christ Jesus that'll never die again.

If the--if I see my shadow on the wall,
I can pretty near tell what I'm going to look like when the negative and positive comes together. So all the Old Testament was a shadow of the New.
Now, in
this the children of Israel were on their journey, going from the--from Egypt
up into the promised land, God promising to provide every thing they had need
of in their journey. Which was a type in itself, of the church now, coming up

God says,

Just like this, when my shadow here of my hand... If I never seen my
hand, seen the shadow, it kinda... It gets pale as it
gets away. But as it gets closer and closer, the negative
and positive are coming together, until they both become the same thing.
And that's exactly when the church and the Word has to be one, like Jesus and
God was one, just exactly. The...
God was
in Christ reconciling the world to Himself. And so
will Christ have to be in the church, the anointed of the Word, to make
everything fulfilled. And that's the capstone that comes upon the last church
age, the... Not the

Now, when a shadow comes across the floor, you can tell whether it's man, woman, or beast, or whatever it might be, because
it casts a shadow upon the floor. And as that shadow gets shorter, the shadow being the negative... And there cannot be a negative
without a positive; therefore, when the positive becomes closer to the
negative, the negative is swallowed up in the positive. The shadow and the--and
the positive comes together, and that's what makes it then a--the positive.
And if all the old things the Bible said in the Old Testament was shadows of the things to come, then therefore, Christ
was the shadow of things to come.
So we can
see by the Old Testament types where He chose to put His Name and to--where
now. Now, as the shadow is a--crosses the floor, I said, is the negative, being
a type, so we, the worshippers also can see the shadows of the Old Testament
fading into the positive of the New.

You know, someone said one time... I was preaching; there was a woman
crying, and she was just holding up her hands and crying, praising God. The
Holy Spirit was there. The woman was filled with the
Holy Ghost. How can a magnet draw anything unless it's magnetized to it?
Correct. There was a man who belonged to another
church, a friend of mine, were standing outside; he said, "Billy, I
was enjoying your sermon until that woman raised up and started crying."
Said, "How in the world could you preach? And her acting like that?"
I said,
"That's the only time I can preach, when I see that the power of God is
caught away the Church, caught away the message."
He said,
"It just made shivers run over my back."
I said,
"If you'd ever be fortunate enough to get to heaven, you'd freeze to
death. Because they are crying and shouting and praising God
day and night. Angels flying back and forth, crying,
"Holy, holy, holy, unto the Lord. Holy..." Now, let me tell
you something right now, my brother, you're living in the quietest world you'll
ever live in. Amen. If you go to hell, there'll be weeping, wailing, and
gnashing of teeth. If you go to heaven, there'll be hallelujahs and praise of
God day and night for all times...?... This is the quietest place you ever
lived in. Yes.

Brother, except that heart is changed, and that soul setting yonder,
magnetized with God by the Holy Ghost, when Jesus comes, you'll be left on the
earth alone. Remember, there'll be a resurrection one of these mornings, only
for those that are dead in Christ, will God bring with Him.

just then out come a great, big magnet, and went down. And it was hanging about
that high over those shavings. And they just jumped right up against the
shavings, and on they went, over into the cupola where they was demagnetized,
and they was dropped off into the cupola again to be melted and made over. He
said, "You see how we do it?"
I said,
"Praise the Lord."
He said,
"Say, what's the matter with you, brother?"
I said,
"Something happened."
He said,
"It must."
I said,
"It did." I said, "I'm thinking today, as I stand here, of a
great magnet yonder in the heavens." That's right. Oh, my. I said,
"What makes some of them shavings go and the others didn't?"
He said,
"Some of them are aluminum. They're not magnetized."
I said,
"Hallelujah." I said, "What's the matter with that piece of iron
didn't go?"
He said,
"You notice, it's bolted down."
I said,
"Hallelujah."
He said,
"What's the matter with you?"
I said,
"Just those who are magnetized by His birth and power of His resurrection,
will go to meet Him in the air. And some of these days be magnetized as His witnesses of
the power of the resurrection, when these old, mortal bodies will be taken into
the cupola of God's Word and molded from mortal to immortality, then we'll have
a body like His own glorious body and shall see Him as He is. Why? As a witness magnetized with the resurrection. When Jesus
Christ, the resurrected Son of God puts resurrection Life in a man, he's a
witness of the resurrection. Shall we pray.

Our heavenly Father, we thank Thee tonight for Thy magnificent grace
that's been bestowed upon us--to us unworthy shavings of the earth, cut out of
the human family. But, O God, I'm so thankful that the time of the first
whistle has done blowed; we're gathering together now
for the rapture. Some of these glorious days we'll see Him Who has give us this blessing
and magnetized our souls to Him. We thank Thee for being a witness of the resurrection of
the Lord Jesus, Who Thou has raised up from the dead,
and was seen for forty days and nights and ascended up into the heavens. And
with Him went many of the saints, to be with Him in glory, and some glorious
day will return again, bringing with Him the redeemed of all ages. Oh, for that
day, Lord. Help us to be ready.

How like a magnet, when it's... When a great magnet's coming near the
material, it begins to move and crawl (why?) closer it gets... Like a big
magnet come down, up here, one time, at
He said,
"They're not magnetized to the magnet."
I said,
"Praise God." I said, "Why didn't these go down here, this piece
of iron?"
Said,
"If you notice, it's bolted down."
And that's about like a lot of peoples tonight, friends. You become a
church member, but not magnetized by the baptism of the Holy Ghost. Then you
let something shackle you down, some difference shackle you down.

Did you ever stop to think this morning, as far as returning, that is,
to become visible? He's already here with us now. He... We someday... Now,
today just imagine that His Presence being here today. The Lord Jesus is in
another world, or another dimension, right here today in form of Spirit. His
Spirit is blending in with our spirit. Our eyes can't see Him, because that
they're physical yet, unless there would something happen that we could see
vision. But He is here just as visible, just as real as He was the day that He
spoke to Mary at the grave, or He met Cleopas on his
road to Emmaus. His Presence is here. It can be feeled with that, felt with that inner charge that's on the
inside of the human body, called the new birth. The soul has been magnetized
unto Him.
And once
in a while, when you let your mind be concentrated on
Him, believing on Him, after while something, a reality, you can feel something
sweep over your being. That's the vindication of His resurrection. It's not a
"guess so." It's not "I hope so." But to every person
that's borned again, it's a "know so."
It's... You know it. It's right there. And when you become contact with Him...
I've seen
saints say, "Oh, can you... The Presence of the Lord is near."
You say,
"Why, there's something..." Why, certainly. He's right there, right
up... He's rose from the dead, and He's standing right by you.

I stood back like this, and down through there come a great big magnet.
And it went right down across that floor, about a foot or two off the floor,
and everyone of those shavings picked right upon that
magnet like that. And off out yonder it went back over in there, and they
demagnetized it, and dropped down in the cupola to be made new material. I
said, "Hallelujah."
He said,
"What's the matter with you?"
I said,
"Oh, I just feel good."
He said,
"What's you talking about?"
I said,
"I know of another big magnet that's a coming someday." Hallelujah.
"God will press the button. And when He does..." I said, "I want
to ask you something." I said, "Why didn't all those shavings
go?"
He said,
"You see, some of them are not magnetized to that magnet. Some of them are
aluminum, and that magnet won't pick them up."
I said,
"Glory." Sure, you can be a shaving. You can be in the church. But
you better be magnetized yonder. That's right. I said,
"Why don't that other piece of iron go?"
He said,
"You see, Minister Branham, it's bolted down."
I
thought, "O God, have mercy."
Let's be magnetized with the Holy Ghost, that when Jesus comes in the
sky someday, He will catch these little old frail bodies of humiliation, and
we'll be taken to God's molding pot and come out immortal as...?... to live
forever. Some glorious day, but only those who are magnetized will go. Shall we
pray.

Oh, brother, the Lord Jesus is coming someday, the great Eagle of
heaven, and only those who are magnetized by the power of the Holy Ghost will
take that ride.
Bolted down creeds, and denominations, and shavings of aluminum light thinkers,

There used to be some people come here at church, a little man and his
wife. They'd take a Bible and lay It down somewhere,
and they'd go along, singing:
Oh, I'm
looking for that Stone
That was
rolling in
Rolling in
(Go
around...?... that say,) "Looking for that Stone
That come
rolling into
There He
is. Christ is that Stone. He wasn't borned of man, He
was borned of God. He's coming for
a church that's been reborned again by the Spirit of
God, 'cause the strength of that Headstone runs all through the church like a
magnet.
