ROMANS 4:3

3    For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

ROMANS 4:4

ROMANS 4:5

5    But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

ROMANS 4:6

6    Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,

ROMANS 4:7

7    [Saying], Blessed [are] they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.

ROMANS 4:8

ROMANS 4:9

9       [Cometh] this blessedness then upon the circumcision [only], or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness.

ROMANS 4:10

10    How was it then reckoned? when he was in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision.

ROMANS 4:11

11          And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which [he had yet] being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also:

E-34    I've had this remark, and I don't mean it personally, I don't mean any harm by it; but sometimes when I get ready go to church, my wife will come over and say, "Billy, do you think that that tie matches that suit?"

I say, "I don't know, honey." And I'll have on a pair of red socks, and black trousers, and a blue tie, and, oh, I don't know.

She said, "That don't match."

I said, "Honey, I'm not concerned whether my trousers match my coat or whether my tie matches my suit. I'm concerned about one matching. I want my experience to match God's Bible." That's where we ought to match: God's requirement.

92-4    Hallelujah. Can you see, the Word takes flesh. There you are. God's going to have a church. It's going to be borned of the Word of God, because it is the living Word of God. Do you see it?

"How do you know it?"

"Why, it's going..."

"You know what you're going to be called from this on? You're going to be called..."

"I don't care what I'm called, that has nothing about it. Be it unto me according to the Word of the Lord."

Oh, could everybody say that today? Oh, if--if people could really from your heart, all of us could say that (See?): "Be it unto me according to Thy Word, Lord." Really mean it. One or two or somewhere out in there It's going to pick up some predestinated that really means that, and, brother, you're going to see sparks flying right then (That's right.), when you really got that there to meet that what's coming, when that irrigation begins to fall on that Word. Yes, sir.

36    And I looked at that woman. There was looked like millions of them there, and they all long hair, and white garments down. And--and this One that was talking to me, said, "Don't you recognize her."

I said, "No."

Said, "She was in her nineties when you led her to Christ."

Amazing grace, how sweet the sound! See? There's no way of ever explaining what it is. Just take my word if you believe me. Be sure to make... Burn every bridge of the world behind you.

40    I believe the church is begin to hear the message, and beginning to understand. But, friends, listen, we've got to lay in the Presence of the Son; we've got to be ripened. Our--our faith isn't ripe. Intellectually we're hearing the message that God has give us, and seeing the signs that He showed us, and proving it by the Bible as that; but, oh, how the church needs to lay in His Presence till it tenders up, you know, and gets sweet in the Spirit so that it can bathe down. Sometimes in speaking the message, you get harsh, have to break it in like that, because you've got to clinch a nail to make it hold. But when the church once gets it, the Elected is called out and separated then in the Presence of God, I know it'll be something like the people was there when it takes its rapture.
