HEBREWS 2:8

8    Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing [that is] not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him.

HEBREWS 2:9

9    But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

HEBREWS 2:10

10     ¶  For it became him, for whom [are] all things, and by whom [are] all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

MIGHTY.CONQUEROR_  MIDDLETOWN.OH  SATURDAY_  58-0329

E-28    He pulled back the curtain so that we could look a past the curtain of time. He pulled back every bluff the Devil had, fully paid the price, and tonight He's the Conqueror. And the Bible said that we are more than conquerors through Him Who loved us.

So the Christian in here tonight has the thing under control. We've conquered sin; we've conquered death; we've conquered hell; we conquered the grave; we conquered sickness, because Jesus is our mighty Conqueror.

This Word is a Pardon. This Word was written for a pardon. To know that He is a mighty Conqueror is a pardon to each one of you, if you receive it as a pardon.

Some time ago, there was a man going to be shot. He had committed a crime in military. And he--he was sentenced to die. And some good friend went to Abraham Lincoln which was President of the United States at the time. And he begged for mercy for his friend.

And Mr. Lincoln, being rather in a hurry, he grabbed up a piece of paper and a quill, and he wrote, "I, Abraham Lincoln, pardon this man." And the man thanked him and rushed back to the prison.

8-4    Someone called and said, "Preacher, I wondered where you was going with that." Said, "I thought, 'Oh, oh, here Brother Branham tied hisself that time.'"

Not when the Bible says so. See? The Bible said He gave us death.

Well, what can we do with death? You know, Paul coming to death, he said, "Oh, death, where is your sting?" Death don't control us; we control it. That's right. All things is given to us.

WAY.OF.A.TRUE.PROPHET_  JEFF.IN  V-3 N-14  SUNDAY_  62-0513M

10-3    So we do have death under our control through Jesus Christ, Who's overcome death, hell, grave, sickness, sorrows, everything else, triumphed over all. And we are now risen with Him, setting in heavenly places, spiritually speaking, in Christ Jesus with all things under our feet. Even the physical resurrection is under our feet, 'cause we're in Christ. Does--do you get it? If you do, raise your hands. Amen. That's good. Just as long as you get it, that's fine. See? Don't let... Now, just keep keeping it in your mind. See? We have passed from death unto Life. Physical, spiritual, every way, and everything, and all things belongs to us now.

GREATER.THAN.SOLOMON.IS.HERE_  SANTA.MARIA.CA  THURSDAY_  62-0628

E-40    And now today after two thousand years, we still stand with the earnest of our salvation, the evidence, to look down and see where we were once unbelievers, where we were once dead in sin and trespasses, and now we've raised with Him in the resurrection. We died with Him; we raised with Him; and we are setting tonight in heavenly places in Christ Jesus, already raised with Him in the resurrection (Amen.), with everything under our feet (Amen.): sickness, death, hell, all done destroyed by our great Warrior, at Whose right hand we stand by. Amen.

What's the scare? No wonder one of them come and said, "Death, where is your sting? Grave, where is your victory? Thanks be to God Who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. I've fought a good fight. I've finished the course. I've kept the faith. And there's a crown laid up for me that the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give me at that day: not only me, but all those who love His appearing." Amen. What if He'd have lived in this day? I can't stay with my text tonight somehow.

WHEN.THEIR.EYES.WERE.OPENED_  BEAUMONT.TX  THURSDAY_  64-0312

E-10    And to think of it--that great distress through the four thousand years that the world had groped in sin, and knowed not the way out--here He is back from the dead. What a time, a springtime. The church ought to have been singing the glorious hallelujahs. But instead of that they were moping around, sad and everything, because they failed to believe all He said.

And that's the same thing it is tonight, because they fail to believe all He said and promised. That's what the church is in such a condition tonight that it's in. It's because we have failed to believe all that He said He would do. All the Scriptures that pertains to Him, we fail to believe it all. We bang it around, mix it up, and put something else to it.

If we'd believe the whole thing, there'd be a Spring of joy in our souls because we're raised with Him in the likeness of His resurrection, now setting in heavenly places in Christ Jesus, with all principalities, and powers, and darkness under our feet. We have a right with the Blood of Jesus Christ, our token that we are a purchase of God, that God has paid our redemption through Jesus Christ. And we have a right to hold that token over anything that we ask and receive it. God said so. That settles it. If we could just believe all the Scriptures.
