JEREMIAH 31:31
31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with
the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
JEREMIAH 31:32
32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day
[that] I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my
covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:
JEREMIAH 31:33
33 But this [shall be] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel;
After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and
write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
JEREMIAH 31:34
34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his
brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of
them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their
iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
II CORINTHIANS 3:1
1 ¶ Do we begin again to commend ourselves? or need we, as some [others],
epistles of commendation to you, or [letters] of commendation from you?
II CORINTHIANS 3:2
2 Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:
II CORINTHIANS 3:3
3 [Forasmuch as ye are] manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ
ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God;
not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.

200 God told--told Adam, "If you'll touch this tree, you'll... You eat from
Here, and you'll live. You eat from that one, you'll die." That's the covenant.
Now, that's... You--you've got the thing before you, "If you do this, if you do
that, you'll--you'll die. If you live there, eat this one, you'll live." So then
Adam eat from this, and he died.
Grace come on, then God made a
covenant by grace. And when He did, the children of Israel down in
Egypt... God already said by His Word what He was going to do. He was going to
bring them out. And God's obligated to His Word. But then when God, obligated to
His Word, went down there and sent a saviour, Moses, grace provided that... Here
come Moses, leading the children of Israel out.
When they come out with him, got out in the wilderness, said, "Oh, give us
something to do. We want to form us an organization, and we want you to give us
something to do. Let us make us something like this. Give us a law to keep."
Exodus 19 was the greatest mistake
that Israel ever made. When grace had already provided their salvation, then
they wanted something to do to merit it. God already swore to Abraham, what He
was going to go. They said, "Let us have the law." And the law never did... No
one never kept it. They never did.

E-8 And just like Israel... Little did Israel know that when they were shouting
the victory on the bank of the river, they were only about four day's journey
(about forty miles) away from the promised land. They didn't realize they
were--forty years it'd take them. But what was it?
Grace had provided them a prophet, a
Pillar of Fire, a sacrificed lamb, a deliverance. And still they wanted a law.
They wanted something they could have something to do into. They wanted to put
their hands to it. That was the most rashal mistake they ever made, in Exodus
19, when Israel rejected grace and accepted law.

62 Now, when--in the time of the--the travel of Moses, when God by grace had
given them a prophet, had given them a Pillar of Fire to go before them, had
vindicated It by signs and wonders, grace had provided all these things, Israel
still wanted...?... law. They refused grace to take law. That's exactly what the
people does today; they refuse the Word to take a denominational system, because
in that they can do what they want to and get by with it. But you can't do it in
Christ. You've got to come clean and clear in order to be in Christ.

E-65 And the dove was not clave apart, but the animal, showing the difference
between them, that there would be a time that law would change to grace, and so
forth, grace was first. And grace had already provided a Saviour down in Egypt.
They already had a Moses to deliver them out. They already had a sacrifice. They
already had everything, but where
Israel made her final, fatal move is in Exodus 19, where she taken on, and
wanted law, and rejected grace. That's right.
Grace is always right; not what you do; it's what you believe. It
isn't works, lest any man should boast. It's by grace are you saved through
faith.

58 Now, the covenant was give unconditionally. Now, Israel, the seed natural
exchanged that, and lost it in Exodus 19, when they made that rashal thing to
take away the grace and accepted law in its place. What a rashal mistake that
Israel made there.
Look. God, after He made the covenant with Abraham, grace had already provided a
prophet deliverer for them down in Egypt to carry out the word of Abraham.
Remember Moses under the bush, God said, "I have heard the cries of My people,
and I remember My promise."
Before
there's any law, grace provided it. Grace had provided a sacrifice for their
guilt, a lamb. Grace had provided a covenant, circumcision was already been
provided before it all. Grace had provided a Pillar of Fire to lead them,
following a prophet, a security that the prophet had told them the truth; it was
the Word that he was talking about. They knowed that God promised it, and
here was the Pillar of Fire confirming it. What a double security. Amen. Grace
had done that.
But they wanted something for theirself that they could do, have their own
creeds, and denominations, and whatmore, make Pharisees, Sadducees, and
something they could do theirself.
Man's always trying to save hisself. You can't do that. God's already done it.
You just have to accept it and believe it.

E-27 Now, we notice after all the blessings had come to Israel, yet they wanted
(Exodus 19), they wanted to have a--they wanted to have a law.
They wanted
to have something that they could do themselves, some Sabbath days they could
keep, or some ordinances they could do, or--or something another that was
in--brought in to them that they could do themselves.
And if you can do one thing to save yourself, then there's not one speck of it
grace. Law is what you do in regards to the grace that God has showed you by
saving you.
As I've often said, I don't run around with other women because I'm afraid my
wife will divorce me. I don't run around with other women 'cause I love my wife.
That's it. I don't believe that you should run around. But a law isn't what
keeps it, my marriage vow; it's my love. And it's reason I love God. Not because
I'm afraid He'd send me to hell; I don't believe He'd do that. But because I
love Him so much I don't want to do it. There's nothing in me to make me do it.
I love Him too much; I wouldn't hurt Him for nothing. Certainly, I love Him.

E-17 Now, we just went through that in California, back and forth and back and
forth through the Mark of the Beast and the Seal of God. The only way you'll
ever become Abraham's seed, 'cause that gives us Abraham's faith... And Abraham
never received this promise while he was in circumcision, under the law, but
when he was under grace, before circumcision was ever issued. Therefore, it's
not nothing that we could do to merit; it's God's grace that gives it to us. By
faith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed to him for righteousness.
The law is what man wanted, not what
God wanted.

96 God
permitted Israel to take a law in Exodus the 19th chapter, when grace had
already give them a prophet, Pillar of Fire, a sacrificed lamb, a delivering
power, but they cried out for a law.
It wasn't
God's will, but it was injected because man wanted it. And he was cursed
by the very law that he wanted. It's best to have God's will. That's what He
taught us: "Thy will be done; Thy Kingdom come, Thine will be done."
We must submit ourselves to His will and His Word. Don't question It, believe
It. Don't try to find a way around It, just take It the way It is. So many wants
to go around, get some other way. And when you do, you find yourself going on,
you find God blessing you, but you're working in His permissive will and not in
His perfect Divine will.
He permits it, as I said, but He will not--He will not let it be His perfect
will, but He'll make it work to honor and bless His perfect will. And
childbearing by sex is one of that.

92 But--and if the people won't walk in His perfect will,
He does have
a permissive will He'll let you walk in. Notice, He permits it all right,
but He will make it work out for His glory in His perfect will. Now, if you'd
like...
Just like in the beginning, it was
not God's perfect will for children to be born on the earth through sex.
No, sir. God created man out of the dust of the earth, breathed the breath of
life into him, and he become a living soul. He took from that man a helpmate and
made a wife to him. That was God's first and original will. But when sin come in
and did the thing that it did, then He permitted man to marry a wife legally and
have children by her. "Multiply and replenish the earth then, if that's the way
you're going to do it." But, you see,
it never was His perfect will.

45 So we really believe that God never changes His mind about what He said; He
always keeps It true.
But He has a
permissive will. Now, there, where the trouble lay. We try to work on God's
permissive will, and He will permit it. But also if we take His permissive will,
though it's not right, He will make His permissive will to work out together to
glorify His perfect will.
There's nothing will go wrong with God. We're... He knows just where the clock
is a-ticking at tonight. There's nothing wrong. Every lick is hitting just
exactly the way it should be, everything. We think it's wrong, but He knows it's
right. It's supposed to be like this.
Like at the beginning God just permitted sin to come. He didn't not... That
wasn't His perfect will.
