I THESSALONIANS 5:23
23 ¶ And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and [I pray God] your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
QA.HEBREWS.PART.2_ JEFF.IN COD WEDNESDAY_ 57-1002
284-456 Now, look. The body... God is a Spirit. Yeah, how many understands that, say "Amen."
God is a Spirit; Jesus is a Man; and Jesus was God made flesh. Jesus was... We could never see God (See?); He's a Spirit. You can't see Spirit. "No man has seen God at any time." No man couldn't see God.
COMMUNION_ JEFF.IN V-10 N-1 SUNDAY_ 62-0204
67 See, Christ... God is a Spirit. "Christ" means "the anointed one, a man anointed with God," which made Him the Christ.
Now, Christ said, "I am Food and Drink," not a wafer, not a wafer that we take here. That isn't Christ. The wine that we drink at the altar is not Christ. It represents Him in a figurative way.
But Christ is the Holy Spirit, the Anointing that's upon the Church; that is the Meat and the Drink.
SHOW.US.THE.FATHER.AND.IT.WILL.SATISFY_ YAKIMA.WA SUNDAY_ 60-0731
E-57 Notice. The Son of God, the Spirit of God, is in the man. So God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself. God is a Spirit.
He had no hands till He become Jesus. He had no feet, arms, legs, and so forth, till He become Jesus. He manifested... No man has seen the Father at any time, but the only Begotten has declared Him.
He, God, dwelt in the body of Christ. It ought to be striking. It ought to make man wonder. He could've come down from heaven, right down the corridors of heaven, with a full Angel salute, if He wanted to. He could've been borned a full matured man. He could come down with all the pomp and glory of heaven, but He didn't choose that. He come to a stable, borned over a--a manure pile. And little Jehovah crying in a manger, little Jehovah playing as a boy, little Jehovah toiling as a man, He--He crossed His cast with us. God become human.
When Jesus Christ was borned, God was human in--on earth, manifesting God, what He was. He toiled and labored, and felt for the teen-ager. He--He went through every temptation that we go through. God did it, that He might do His own judgment justice.
He--His judgment is got to be justice. If there's no justice, what good does it do to have judgment? And if there's no judgment without penalty, then it's not judgment yet. So he took the penalty of His own judgment, and died as a sinner, to condemn the sin of the world, that we, through His justice, might have reconciliation back to the throne of God in fellowship, like we did in the garden of Eden. If that's not the Gospel, I don't know it. That's exactly right. The precious Son of God. Sure God was in His Son.

196-294 She said, "I'll tell you, when He went down to pray for Lazarus, to raise Lazarus up," said, "I'll prove to you He was just a man."
I said, "Let's see you do it."
Said, "The Bible said He wept. And that proves that He was a man; He could weep."
I said, "Sure, that was the Son that was weeping."
He was a God-man. He was a triune being just like I am, you are; we're soul, body, and spirit. He was Father, Son, and Holy Ghost in the Deity of God; that's Who He was. He was Deity Himself. How could He do anything there when the... His own children crying for His blood? If it'd been something else... That was His own children crying for His Blood, no wonder He wept for them. How would a man... And His own kids crying for His blood, how could He feel? Either condemn them to hell forever, or give His life; He was God giving His life for His children. Deity dwelt in Him. That's Who He was.
RESURRECTION.OF.LAZARUS_ EVANSVILLE.IN SUNDAY_ 53-1122
E-23 But now, in the beginning of Jesus' ministry, He's such a great Person, there never was no one ever on the earth like Him, and there never will be anyone like Him. He was--He was the only begotten Son of Almighty God. We are sons by adoption, through Him. But He is God's only begotten Son.
Adam was God's son. Do you believe that? He was God's creative son. But this is His begotten Son. God begotten His Son.
It's just like the blood. The bloodstream comes from the male sex; we know that. The mother is just the incubator for the child. And the mother's blood has nothing to do with the child at all. Although it's born in the blood of the mother, but it has nothing to do with it. It hasn't got one drop of the mother's blood in it; it's the blood of the father. And the life lays in the blood.

70 I've said this before. It might stand again now. I was talking to a woman not long ago in a certain church that I mentioned here awhile ago, that doesn't believe that He was God, His Deity. He was just a prophet, an ordinary man.
He was that, truly. He was that plus God. See? He was the manifestation. Jesus is the body, the boy, the man. God was what dwelt in Him. God was in Him. He was a God-man. He was a man, yet He was God manifested in flesh. When we see Jesus, we see God. That's what He said. "When you see the Father, see Me, you see the Father," because He was the reflection, because He was the Word (Amen.) that was in the beginning. Amen.
UNVEILING.OF.GOD_ JEFF.IN V-9 N-1 SUNDAY_ 64-0614M
49 Notice, Jehovah of the Old Testament is Jesus of the New Testament. See? He's the same God, just changing His form.
Now, someone said the other day, a--a--a Baptist minister out in Tucson, "How can you say that--that Jesus and God would be the same Person?"
I said, "Well, it--it's very easy if you just let your own thinking get away and think the Bible terms of it.
They are the self same Being. God is a Spirit; Jesus is the body that He was veiled
in." See? I said, "Like in my home, to my wife I am her husband. And I have a young daughter, Rebekah; I am her father. And I have a grandson, and his name is Paul; I am his grandfather. I am husband, father, and grandfather. And my wife has no claims on me as father or grandfather, she has claims on me alone as husband. And my daughter has no claims on me as husband or grandfather; she is my child. (See?) But yet all these three persons is the same person. (See?) That's God: Father, Son, and Holy Ghost is just the dispensation claim. God is same, the same God. God changed Himself, changes His--His form."

E-49 Then to confirm the Word, He sends His prophets; He sends His signs; He sends His wonders. And even and over that, when God will move down into an audience and reveal the very secrets of a man's heart, tell him the things to do after the Word saying it first, which is the foundation, then the prophet comes and reveals the secrets of his heart and telling what to do, then you mean to tell me you'd be afraid? Why, my. I'm saying now that God has double confirmed it. That's right. God in His universe, God in His Word...
Now, quickly, let's take God in His Son. You believe God was in Christ? I believe it with all my heart. The Bible said that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself. He was Emmanuel.
In other words, He was the expressed image of Jehovah here on earth, as Jehovah inveiled in flesh, living here on the earth, the only begotten of the Father, from His bosom.
SHOW.US.THE.FATHER_ CLEVELAND.OH SATURDAY_ 50-0819
E-50 Notice, God becoming flesh that He might suffer the penalty of sin, for He was the One Who pronounced sin. He was the...?... One Who pronounced the penalty upon sin. And He couldn't have some individual person besides Hisself.
It wouldn't be right for me to say, "My wife will take your place, my boy, my brother, anybody else." If I'm just and sovereign, I take your place.
And God had to come down in His Son, Christ Jesus, to suffer. That's right. And God's Blood bled from His body. Yes, sir. God was in His Son. He eat like a man. That's right. He spoke like a man (That's right.) when He would talk to people.
But I tell you, when some people come to take Him, one time, some soldiers, they went back and said, "Never a man spake like this."
He was a man, but that was God speaking out of Him. When He was standing, as I said the other day, by the side of Lazarus' grave, tears rolling down His cheeks, He was a man. But when He said, "Lazarus, come forth," and a man been dead four days come back to life again, that was God speaking out of His Son. Yes, sir.
SHALOM_ SIERRA.VISTA.AZ V-13 N-5 SUNDAY_ 64-0112
7 Jesus... "No Man has seen God at any time, but the only begotten of the Father has declared Him." See? In other words, God was identified. The--the Person of God was identified in the Body, the Lord Jesus Christ, so He was the express image of God. Or, God expressing Himself through an image (See?), through an image, Man. God expressed Himself to us, and He was God, not a third person or second person; He was the Person God. He was God Himself, identifying Himself, so we could feel Him.
I Timothy 3:16, "Without controversy, that's argument, great is the mystery of godliness, for God was manifested, or made known, in the flesh." Isn't that wonderful? God... And we could never understand God as He moves through a Pillar of Fire, and so forth, as He did. But we understood Him when He become one of us (See?), when He become Man. Then He could talk to us, and we could feel Him, handle Him, touch Him, and everything. And as the Scripture plainly says that we have handled God (See?) with our hands, touched Him with our hands...

5-4 We find down in Africa (South Africa) they use the word "Amoyah," which means, "an unseen force."
And this unseen force in the whirlwind had an audible voice. It spoke out to Job, yet he never seen His form; but He was veiled to him by the whirlwind.
We find one of the great prophets of the Bible, Moses, of the Old Testament, one of God's chosen, selected, predestined servants, he also desired to see Him. He'd been so close to Him and had seen so many things of His great, mystic hand going before him and doing things that only God could do. He desired to see Him one day, and God told him,
"Go, stand on the rock."
And while standing on the rock, Moses seen Him pass. He saw the back of Him. And he said, "It looked like a man," a man's back. Yet he did not see God; he only seen the veil of God.
The Bible said, "No man has seen God at any time, but the only Begotten of the Father has declared Him." So Moses saw Him veiled as a man.

235 Now, then, now... Now you can fellowship with Him. You couldn't back there, because you were just a Word in Him, a seed. But now He's manifested you, and now He wants you to fellowship with Him. Then He came down, was made flesh so He could perfectly fellowship with you. See the perfect fellowship? Oh, my, them deep mysteries of God, how wonderful. See, God could not fellowship in the Spirit, so God became man with us.
Jesus Christ was God Himself manifested, 'cause, He was a Son because He was begotten, but it was just a Tabernacle for Him to live in. "No man has seen God at any time, but the only Begotten of the Father has declared Him." God built Hisself a House, a body to live in, come down so that you could touch Him. I Timothy 3:16, "Without controversy, great is the mystery of godliness; for God was manifested in the flesh, seen of Angels, believed on, received up into heaven." See? Now, He...

31 Man will never know what that was. That's the reason there could be no one else could ever die like that. I don't care how much that you could be tormented, how that they might put your feet in stocks, or saw you by inches, or burn you by inches; you could not die that death, because your makeup's not like that.
He had to be God. He had to be more than man in the makeup, God died. He died of a broken heart, with such grief for the world, until a chemical reaction taken place in His body that could not take place in you. You cannot suffer like that. There's no way for you to have that kind of a grief. So there's only One could do it, and He did it.

E-67 Look, last night, when we was talking about, "The Works That I Do, Shall You Also," we took the works that He did, and showed what it was. He promised He would be here. You say, "But God lived in another age."
God lives forever. God's eternal. God can't die. God... They killed the body, Jesus, but God raised it up again, and He's alive forevermore.
His Spirit lives in the church today. His Spirit is here now. His Spirit's among His people. He proves Hisself, not by some thing... He could prove Hisself alive by this. He could prove Hisself alive by the sunset. He could prove Hisself alive by His Word. He could prove Hisself alive by His Spirit that's in the building now by men and women who'll commit themselves to Him. Amen. You commit yourself to Him, say, "What happens, Brother Branham, when you see those visions?"
