WHAT.WENT.YE.OUT.TO.SEE_ UTICA.IN THURSDAY_ 59-1001
E-27 God doesn't send you to hell for being a sinner. God sends you to hell, because you won't repent and take Christ as your Saviour. You refused to take the right road. You send yourself to torment. You send your own soul to its eternal destination upon the free moral agency of your own convictions. God does not send anyone to hell. He never did, and He never will. Men send themselves to hell, because they refuse to--to accept the way of salvation. God isn't... He's long-suffering. He doesn't want any to perish. Never wanted it. But men rather walk in darkness than to walk in Light.
The reason of it is, they... they are borned in that condition, and have no desire to take the Light. And messengers come from east and west, and north and south, and throw barricades, song service, testimonies, preaching across the path of the sinner, and he deliberately walks right through them. Then say that God is responsible, or guilty. God is good and full of mercy, and He wouldn't want no one lost. But man wants to be lost, because it's his desire. He refuses to walk in Light. That's what makes him be lost. All right. Now, John: He was against this intellectual preaching. He had no education. So therefore, he could not have got cooperation.

74 That's the reason that God does nothing outside of a man. He always works through a man because He had to use a man. A man is what He had to use to display His attributes of Saviour. He had to make him in His image, make him something like Him, and put him on free moral agency and let him act any way he wanted to. He could take his choice. And He knew that man, by giving him this choice, would fall. So being that He had to do that, He turns back around and makes the man a partner to Him, and does nothing except He does it through a man.
The whole work of redemption come by a man. Hallelujah. Death come by the first man; Life came by the second Adam. See? There you are, He does nothing because He had to use a man for that, then He uses a man to redeem back again. So Deity become Jehovah. Or Jehovah be--He is Deity, and He become a--a Child. He become in the form of sin, that He might redeem the sinner. See, there's the whole thing.

DOES.GOD.CHANGE.HIS.MIND_ LA.CA V-18 N-4 TUESDAY_ 65-0427
49 But, you see, God, the great Spirit, the Father, in Him was attributes, and these things that you see displayed now is just His attributes being displayed. He dwelt alone; He was not even God; God was an object of worship. He was the Great eternal One. And in Him was attributes, such as to be Father, to be Saviour, to be Healer. And now, how could He first... He had to be Father, because it proves He was Father, but He dwells alone. He alone is immortal. And now, but His attributes has to be displayed.
Now, to be a Saviour, there has to be something lost. And God cannot purposely lose anything and then redeem it. It wouldn't be becoming to His holiness and His great judgment. But He put man on free moral agency, knowing that man would fall. And in that then, He became man Himself in order to redeem back man that fell. That's the reason that Jesus was Emmanuel. If God sent another person besides Himself, then that wouldn't be just. God had to come Himself and take place. And God could not be come down in Spirit and take place; He had to be made flesh in the flesh of His Own creative Son.
And He showed here, in the beginning, that His perfect will was to create man out of the dust of the earth. But, you see, He permitted sex to be brought in. He never did intend children to be born by sex, but it was permitted, which soon will fade away.

56-5 He could foreknow it because He's infinite. If you know what it means, that's just there's nothing that He don't know. See, He knows. Well, there's nothing from before time, and after there's no more time (See?), He--He still knows everything. Everything is in His mind. And then as Paul said in Romans, the 8th and 9th chapter, "Then why does he still find fault?" So we see that. But God...
Like preaching the Gospel. Someone said, "Brother Branham, do you believe That?"
I said, "Look."
Said, "You must be Calvinist."
I said, "I am Calvinist as long as Calvinist is in the Bible."
Now, there's a limb on the Tree, that's Calvinism, but there's more limbs on the tree too. A tree has more than one limb. He just wants to run it on out there into Eternal Security, and after while you go on off into Universalism and you drop off out there somewhere, there's no end to it. But when you get through with Calvinism, come back up and start on Arminianism. See, there's another limb on the Tree, and another limb on the Tree, just keep on. The whole thing together makes the Tree. So I believe in--in the--in Calvinism as long as it stays in the Scripture.

FAITH.OF.ABRAHAM_ SAN.FERNANDO.CA FRIDAY_ 55-1118
E-18 Now, last evening, and the evening before, we taken Abraham... Now, as a little background so we can go right straight to the point, get the prayer line started. And now... And tomorrow night, maybe, the Lord willing, we want to begin a new subject and run it through Sunday. Notice.
Abraham... What was it now? God called Abraham because he was a good man? No. God called Abraham by election. God elects people. And over in--in the Book of Ephesians the 1st chapter and about the 5th verse, Paul states the word "predestinated" us to the adoption of sons. Now, that doesn't mean that God just puts you in a little channel and runs you through, and you can't help if you--how you go, when you--you... Would be no reward. But God gives you the free moral agency to make your choice, but God will keep His believer.

WHY.SOME.PEOPLE.CAN'T.KEEP.VICTORY_ OAKLAND.CA SUNDAY_ 57-0324
E-15 Now, a man's on the basis of free moral--free moral agency. And he cannot... God could not take a man and say, "Now, I'm going to make you do this. I'm going to make you be--to be a lost man. I'm going to make you be a saved man." That wouldn't be the nature of God. No. He's not willing that any should perish, but He wants all to repent. But if He was... Being infinite as He is, He knew from the beginning who would perish and who would not perish, because He knew what would be. Now, He's not willing that it would be that way; He want's all to come back to Him, but He knows who will and who won't. So therefore, He could by foreknowledge, He can make everything work right according to His plan. Oh, aren't you happy for a Father like that?

LEADERSHIP_ COVINA.CA V-7 N-7 TUESDAY_ 65-1207
153 Sometime in life we have to confront the thing just like this young man did, because you are a mortal being and you're giving the--you're given the opportunity of choice. You have a choice. God made it so you can choose. If He put Adam and Eve on free moral agency so they could choose, and then they made the wrong choice... And, see, He can do no more to you than He did to them, He's got to put you the same thing so you can choose or reject. You have a choice. Let's look at some of them:
